The software is glitchy at best. You can freeze and lose your momentum which is how you gain points and status. Sometimes it will not give you gifts you win. Customer service can take a week to respond. I built 29 billion from the free chips. Then I went to the BTH games and almost lost it all. I know poker and know the variances but in BTH they can scam you good. In order to complete a card set you must pay for jokers, so I did. I won a season, and some good team invited me to join. I did and won by having to scam the scammers in BTH by switching rooms which means you lose momentum and varying buy in amounts. Did good. Got it to 378 BILLION and then the logarithms figured me out. I couldn't win at any game. Slots included. Got down to 101 billion quit the teams because on 3X and 4x team points days they rig BTH BAD!!! Back up to 144 billion and play only to try and beat the scam...lol...Gamble for real on Betonline. 5stars for them.

If there were a zero stars I would select it. It is so horrible, it is so predictable, there's so much cheating, the consistency is what makes obvious. I was hoping, after complaining to them it would get better, or maybe it was outside forces, other people breaking to their system and they had no control, but it is came clear to me now, by how they just say contact us, and then I report the player but they just say you have the wrong name, they don't exist.
It's really a disgrace 😔.
I thought I would play and have sime fun and now more stressed out playing. The worst really, find a different app, save yourself the drama. I'm sorry, I thought it would be better knowing that so many peoplr downloaded it, but it's a disappointment 😞 😮‍💨

Horrible , Took one month to get verified, no customer service, I wanted the deposit bonus , I started off small , $10 dollars for $25. They don’t give it to me so I used the live chat after no response from emails. The customer service rep was annoyed with me. “ take your $25 and ….” was his transparent message without saying . I get insulted waisting time , thank him for his angry service and then he adds $20 instead to stick it to me . It’s the little things that make me want to walk out of a dark ally with baseball bat alone when I meet these service reps . And it was a simple transaction from the start , that i had an invitation to . Not Welcome

Don't walk away from these guys run!!! There are bugs they refuse to fix. I have tried to communicate the issues. Nothing but automated responses that never address the issue. AI??? I really question if there is a real person on staff there.
But that is the least of their issues, #1, haters on the site. Racial slurs, gender based slurs, swearing, name calling.....people acting out hatred every day. AS long as they buy chips, these haters are left on the site. Parents be advised, if you have children, block this site from their access. Good luck. Welcome to the new normal.

This game is a joke, they will let you win to make you feel good then take it all away like you just started after playing for months every day, I won a season 30 Billion and lost it all the next day, then you start losing and losing and losing so you can buy coins but forget that this is why this game has bad reviews, NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY COINS THIS GAME IS THE BIGGEST SCAM, even after all the bad reviews I tried to give it a shot and sure enough sooner or later they will get you, who wants to play a game where you can't advance

The app is annoying about constantly wanting to get on your credit card. You can tell the bingo playing jerks going all in on every hand cause they just purchased a billion in chips. No skill or fun, just like Seinfeld!!!

This game is fixed all the way through from the moderators on FB who block u from commenting because the don't like the truth. The customer support are all liars and just want to con u out of money for a supposed free to play game the dealers win 30 hands straight with 4 ×4of a kind in a row full house don't waste your money

Played for about a week was good design software wise however very bad if you take poker serious ....to many unrealistic bad beats in a consecutive manner when I reached 200 mil playing 40mil buy in the sit and gos tournaments so rigged it wasn't even funny 6 games and lost them all and im a pro player who knows odds extremely well. I got beat with the most ridiculous calls and they comment faster than you can respond definitely bots to rip you off. ....stay away unless you want to spend $$ for fake wins so they can program the bots to favour you for a while ... it us not skill it's a scam tactic. Check my google review for more info. Oh yeah moat hands I was just unlucky I.e j 9 get trips the bot has j 10 plenty hands like that get flush with 10 they have j you can understand.

i played 20 times on country show i choose same bonus each time never got max bonus once and 0r
the main collectable item how is that even possible as its suppose to reshuffle guess only reshuffle when i choose different so now i get same outcome every time thanks that im not playing with real money lighting strike should call it strike out as i only find shutdown card wish it was like country show then ill never get shutdown card

I have come to tell you all and warn you all that the help for their customers is practically non-existent. i had to wait two weeks between each reply they sent in email, and when i discover they have live chat im still waiting in the que for over 30 mins although it said i was the only one in que with a wait time of 10 minutes although that was 20 minutes ago..

Final review and advice avoid this scandalous company that cares not about their customers.. there are way many better out there like black chip poker is one i use and recommend.

Just a way to get your money for nothing! Seems so rigged, percentage of winning is trash and it’s not even real money. Always asking you to spend money on the game!

This week was obvious to alot of players it's rigged. I wrote support that if they don't fix the algorithm, they'd loose players. I suggest everyone do this, maybe boycott the game, and also file a FTC complaint online like I just did. If enough people complain, maybe someone will listen.

I understand their motive is to make money but they are too greedy....Lose way too often....Stop paying actor endorsements and save money to pay out to players who support this app!!!!!!!

The app just took all my earned money and achievements including my player name! App started me from the beginning with nothing. How do I return to my account with all my earnings? If not app will be deleted and never be uploaded again by me and everyone I know!!
