These people are disgusting and dishonest! They accused us of several things. We do not nor have ever used to VPN. We do not have more than one account for person. Me and wife both had accounts. I emailed them because I was waiting over 2 weeks for a $3 payout. They then accused me of being a scammer when they're the real scammers. I've used this app for over a year now... very shocked and disgusting!!!!

Playtime is cheating, they wont pay and give all nonsense accusing I am using VPN, BOT etc.
Dont waste time. You will sure Regret!!!

They're not paying me. I have a $20 cash out I have a $5 cash out three times and a $2 cash out and every time they're telling me up on thorough review there's unusual activity on your account and I have pleaded and begged with beg them told them there's not I have one account I don't have a VPN and I'm not a bot I've spent hours playing these games I am begged and pleaded and cried with them and they think it's funny so they just send me the same email they've stolen my money they have stolen in it cuz I have spent a long time playing these games I am on level 400 and something on one of my games and it's by my own skill and hard work

They paid out an initial payment, then refuse to pay anymore. When you contact customer support you get a blanket response accusing you of fraudulent activity. When you ask further questions, you get no response. This is a blanket email they send as their reasoning for not paying you what you've earnt, even when you've followed all their rules.
This is a scam, stay clear and don't waste your time.

I don't play a lot,as I only have a tablet, and it's slow,but I can make enough,weekly for small treats from Amazon, such as soap or washing liquid,a pets toy.I have recently requested a payment via PayPal, only a small amount, and the compan paid out straight away,within minutes.I should imagine that if you own a computer,you could make more,as the games would load faster.Anyhow,they do pay out,and yes,I like this.

Scam Site and money grab as others say.

Used the cashback function and tried to Cash out just to be told there was „unusual Activity“ - Pathetic. Did Chargeback the Money and left this review to warn others. F*** those scammers

This is by far the worst app I have ever used. They promise to pay you for playing the games they suggest, but when it comes time to actually withdraw your earnings – they simply refuse and come up with excuses.

In my case, support claimed that my account had "suspicious activity." Seriously? All I did was play the exact games they provided. I never broke any rules. But instead of paying users what they earned, they choose to label accounts as suspicious to avoid payouts.

The result — wasted time, zero money, and nothing but frustration. This is a classic scam scheme designed to exploit people’s trust.

I strongly recommend avoiding this app at all costs. If you value your time and nerves, stay far away from Playtime!

I redeemed my points for a gift card, this was my second time to redeem my points, had no issues the first time. This time they are saying there was fraudulent activity on my account or a VPN was on my devices, NEITHER IS TRUE, THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO PAY OUT THE GIFT CARD THAT I SPENT MONTHS PLAYING AND ALSO SPENT MY ACTUAL MONEY ON GAMES ON THERE APP. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.

How can trust pilot sponsor this app? It's 100% a scam now. It makes ad revenue off us. Wedo the market research and make the ad revenue for them but they don't pay out. Trust pilot I think you can't be trusted.

So many 1 star lol. At least you guys have games you can play i don't it always telling me to comeback tomorrow it been months and still no game. My favorite is the "support" which is just AI and you can choose from two options for the AI to help,non is a opinion for customers support

Playtime, I've emailed you 27 times since 9th of may and you've ignored everyone of them?? My payments are still pending? Why do this to people, it's completely unacceptable to ignore your customers, you can shove your games and fake money where the sun doesn't shine 🤏

SCAM THEY DONT PAY OUT AND DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS

I never really had a problem with payouts pretty quick. My issue is there was a challenge set on one of the games to get to level 300 within 3 days for a $20 prize and the very second I completed this the offer was nowhere to be seen with no one to contact even though I had 25 hours spare completed it with no reward and absolute scam do not bother yourself with this app

I have advised them that my points are stuck on 128k and they have just ignored me.

Playtime deleted payout and all the coins I accumulated. I emailed them to find out what happen keep giving me the run around. Ask me to screenshot the games I played and amount of coins. Explain to them that the games I played and coins are no longer on playtime and still keep sending me AI messages asking for the same information. Playtime I thought was better than this you acting like a lot of other apps.

All rewards are pending and have been pending for 5 days, customer service is none existent, they replied once telling me there's an issue with my account, yet didn't tell me what the issue was, and I could carry on playing, but after that I sent 8 more emails asking what's the issue, as I didn't wanna waste my time playing as my account was perfect. They don't pay, and the don't help , zero stars everywhere, tramps!!!

They don't payout any more. Payment requests show 'processing' for months. They used to pay, but as soon as a bigger qualifying line is reached, no payout honoured thereafter. (£20+20+5+2+2+2 payouts presently outstanding, dating back to March 18th, 2025) Support asks for screenshots etc etc, but it never goes further than that. Additional inquiries to their support email address are not even answered now. App Flagged to playstore. Maybe if we all do it, playstore will act.
