This program has do exactly what we were hoping it would do.
We purchased this program because our 3 competitive gymnasts have been struggling with confidence. Two of them had two consecutive meets where they let one bad score ruin their attitude and the rest of their events for the meet. We just finished week 4 of the program, and all three gymnasts have had one meet since we started, and the difference is obvious not only to us, but to their coaches as well. They were all more confident going into their meets and were able to shake off mistakes. Our son actually went from a disastrous routine where he left the event in tears, and was able to articulate to his coach what he needed in order to reset, refocus, and he went on to deliver an incredible routine. I don’t think he would have been able to have a comeback like that before this training. This program has done exactly what we were hoping it would do, and we’re only halfway through. I’m excited to see them continue to grow over the next few weeks.

The importance of mental training and recovery
PlayerScout has taught me a lot about the mental side of the game and how to train your mind to stay consistent from a normal training day to a gameday. I also hadn’t realized before how important recovery is to developing as an athlete. So, with the help of PlayerScout, I have learned to take better care of myself between workouts and that is why I now feel more mentally and physically energetic in every training sessions.

Parent coach of a young Footballer!
As the parent of a young footballer, Player Scout is fantastic.
The messages that they post daily on their instagram page ring true to both the footballer and the parents. We have our favourite quotes and messages screenshotted and regularly read them before a game or training session.
As a parent it’s hard to sometimes say the right words to motivate your young athlete and Player Scout takes the pressure off this!
I’m also a coach for my sons team and regularly find myself dropping quotes and lines into team talks or as part of the session to boost performance!
