I ordered front and back plates yesterday 13:30pm exactly. I received my DPD tracking number at 13:46 - YES! 16 minutes later!!
I then received the parcel at 11:38am the next day (Dublin to London).
My plates were perfect and have already been fitted to my vehicle. Without doubt this has been the smoothest, quickest and highly pleasing online purchase I have made.
I genuinely cannot thank these guys enough. It's a small job done extremely well!!! THANK YOU.

I have always ordered my plates from plates for cars but going forward I will go elsewhere!
Placed an order last Friday for next day delivery and the online timer showed it was still possible.
Received an email confirmation showing delivery would be for Tuesday, which is not next day!
Contacted sales team who advised me I did not meet the cut off time for next day, even though the timer on the website said I did!
I asked them to refund me the cost of be t day delivery and to send out as standard, but then I chose to cancel my order and asked for a refund, which they advise me it was not possible as the order had already been dispatched!
When I reminded them about their 14 day money back guarantee, they told me they would refund me, once I return the item minus the delivery cost and would not reimburse me the return postage.
Advised them I would refuse delivery!
Currently disputing the transaction with my bank as they are not willing to give me a full refund on delivery cost, even though it was their system error and they refused to cancel my item, as it had not been dispatched!

Avoid! Wish I’d read these reviews prior to purchase, legal font doesn’t mean legal plates. Fifty odd quid down the pan.

Bought a set of plates when arrived full of air bubbles numbers not straight and very poor quality. Contacted company to be told it's my fault I must have done it. They were absolute rubbish total con artists. I have had to buy elsewhere as they would not refund me stay away total cowboys.

Plates arrived earlier than expected and was as requested, with fixing kit included also. High quality items in my pedantic opinion. Overall very satisfied.

Very impressed overall. Fast delivery, fair prices and the gel carbon is impressive. Only gripe they forgot my fixings, but i emailed and they sent some out same day and some extras free of charge which arrived two days later. Much better than the GB euro dealer plates that were on the car! Thanks guys

I got totally ripped off.. wrong plates turned up four days later when I’d paid £9,99 for next day delivery.. wrong plates wrong colour and now they just ignore my emails.. STAY CLEAR

Ordered plates, wrong ones arrived. Have tried to contact four times over their message centre with no reply, cannot find a phone number for them. Terrible. go to number1plates if you want decent number plates and good customer service!

3rd time used this company and definitely recommend.
Most recent order there was an issue with DPD delivering. Plates for cars resent plates to me next day delivery for no extra charge. Really impressed. Thank you.

Plates supplied were illegal.
The company says the onus is on the customer to input the legal 33mm spacing between sets of digits. This should be a default setting in their plate builder software. Who wants illegal plates!!! It’s an MOT failure!! This is clearly a novelty plate supplier first and foremost. My fault, I should have checked the reviews as this is a common experience. Now stuck with illegal plates that I cannot use. Buyer beware. Delivery very expensive as this is a non GB company based in Ireland.

Bought two sets for my Two Mercs and all ok until after year later the water seaped through the front plates and now looks really bad
I did try contact customer services as per reply gave invoice and photo off the plates
And then they turned round and said it’s not guaranteed and now they using better material etc what the heck terrible customer service I’ve still not used the other set for my other car will throw in bin and have ordered from A1 plates as recommended by friends and reviews looks good there too
So if you want to save some money AVOID

I bought number plates from this company and paid over £65.00 as I wanted them to be road legal. I put my vehicle in for its MOT and they failed. I have tried to contact them numerous times and they just ignore all my efforts. Be aware, very aware, if you have a problem, you are on your own!

I've purchased from this company once before and had no problems, I especially like the small company info to the right of the plate as other makers put the info in large letters which looks naff.

I ordered again and took delivery yesterday, and they were fine, the only trouble I had was trying to start peeling the green film off but I managed in the end so well happy.

My plates were the standard ones and I think if you want anything different it could be easy to make a mistake.

I would order again but I think they should reply to emails promptly judging by the complaints on here.

This company should change its name to IPFC as in illegal plates for cars,I ordered a set of plates and it turns out the spacing isn’t road legal and yet nothing flagged up to this fact when I ordered them so the plates were not fit for purpose, when I attempted to sort this issue with this faceless company I got a robotic brief pathetic reply,how can these cowboys keep getting away with such unprofessional,illegal service,stay clear everyone don’t get stung and ripped off like so many others have.

Terrible “faceless” Company to deal with. Sent me wrong number plates. Found out as well the spacing would have failed a MOT. Sent two emails..... no replies. They don’t seem to have a telephone number. Also paid £9.99 for next day delivery, items arrived two days later. As based in Eire can’t seem to take any action against them.

Ordered plates for my daughters car and chose the 2-3 day delivery option, which gave enough time for delivery when I required.
I messaged plates for cars to confirm that the plates had been dispatched and would be with me within 2-3 days as required. They simply replied that they would be with me 3 days later than requested and too late for me.
I advised them that I wished to cancel the order and not to ship the plates. However, I received no reply but got an email confirming that they would instead be be dispatched for delivery. Again I messaged to tell them not to dispatch but I had no replies to any message.
The package arrived and the labelling clearly shows there were dispatched AFTER my messages to them but they continued anyway.
I have since no no further replies to repeated messages asking for the return address confirmation, as well as a request to refund the premium cost for the expedited delivery.
They assume that ignorance will ensure that customers who are not happy will simply right off the costs without dealing with their issues.
Do NOT waste your time with this company, be warned!!!!

Easy to order and delivered on time and im absolutely delighted with number plates. Got the gel resin ones and superb quality. Would definitely recommend and really suprised at all the bad reviews for this company.

Hi have used this company before on private plates with no apparent problems,however I got a set of plates full size uk legal(fell into that trap before,they tell you crap!!!) I can only say this !!!! The spacing of letters and logo was pathetic,everything looked oddball and because you cannot speak to them directly they fob you off via a computer, avoid like the plague.
