Accentive & discounts

Hi
I think giving loyal & regular customers a % discount for spending over a certain amount would really what this site needs

Poor public relations

Sent correct items quickly, can’t complain about that.
Although god forbid I ask a question about the product I’m about to buy. I sent two emails on two seperate orders and didn’t get a reply! Disappointed in that regard.
