Plants Galore Reviews

We have been customers with Plants Galire for many years, and the place and the people and the quality of plants never disappoint. It's lively to walk around in person, or order items online, either way always great experience. Customer service exceptional, very attentive and kind and helpful 👍 👌

Plants arrived swiftly in good condition and quality. Recommended.

I had a great experience with Plants Galore. I was able to find a plant that I hadn’t seen available anywhere else, which was a huge plus. The ordering process was mostly smooth, and my delivery arrived quickly. The plant was packaged very securely and arrived in excellent condition, which shows real care in handling.
The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other places I’ve looked. On top of that, when I ran into an issue while placing my order on their website, their customer support team responded promptly and resolved the problem efficiently.
Overall, I’m really happy with both the product and the service, and I would definitely recommend Plants Galore to others.

Used this company before. Great plants, so pleased with them. I. Very good condition

Always ready to go the extra mile, eg to find a specific plant.

Great little healthy strawberry plants, one thing though is they would have arrived in better condition it they were all packed the same way up in a box with “this way up” on it, as it was the compost had fallen out of the pots despite the plastic bags meant to secure them

The plants are healthy and service was good.

Very good service and plants are good

Plant very well packed, arrived in good condition.

Lovely plant and helpful advice

The staff is very helpful, it's very clean tidy there ( yeovil)
And the flowers are well looked after

Just wanted to to say thank you to the lovely lady working in the cafe that was so kind to my grandson when we came in today .

Good communication with an e-mail to say they were waiting for the grower to send the plants and were expecting them at the end of the following week. The plants arrived just after that time and were very healthy.

Like your plants! For varieties, that can find only in your shop.

Easy to order arrived promptly well packaged and very healthy. Would use again.

Plants Galore are a great company to buy plants from that are delivered efficiently and are in great condition plus the soil they are in is damp. Will definitely buy plants from Plants Galore again.
