Great care taken over my order
Plants arrived as arranged. They were carefully and very securely packaged, looking very healthy in lovely quality pots and in good fresh, still damp soil and with helpful instructions about caring for them.
I would not hesitate to buy from plants4presents again and would recommend them.

Plant is great and exactly as pictured. It is healthy with one orange fruit on it and super pleased with the free pot. Also, it was half the price of many similar plants I found online!

The plants are excellent.
The plants arrived in excellent condition. I was informed of the delivery date and I followed the instructions to have the plants delivered to a neighbour as I was due to ve away on the delivery date. The plants were delivered to my address a day earlier. Which fortunately meant I was at home as they were not delivered to the neighbours address. So not sure why I was asked.
The plants themselves are excellent. In great condition, with clear care instructions. I would definitely use Plants4Presents again.

Can’t fault them.
This is my second purchase from Plants4Presents and both times it was for a lemon tree as a gift.
They were both very well received by the recipients and I saw them when visiting their homes. They looked lovely.
Beautifully wrapped and packaged and both trees had a lemon already on the tree.
The second tree had not arrived on the chosen day but that was totally my fault as I hadn’t checked the address. A lovely lady emailed me to tell me of the problem and we ended up sending messages back and forth until it was sorted!
She was so helpful - even though it was my stupidity and the tree got to its correct destination the next day.

What a gorgeous lemon tree
What a gorgeous lemon tree! Great gift packaging, delivery and instructions - two lemons fell off in transit (we were warned this might happen) but two remain!! My mum was really thrilled to get an already fruiting tree for her birthday and is chatting away to it daily.
