Very happy with my plant, when it finally arrived. That's the good part! It was packed well and healthy, and has made a smooth transition to my yard. However, it took FOREVER to get to me. Placed order 4/2, shipped 4/17, delivered 4/21...so almost 3 weeks. I had to call to find out what was going on...I was told it was to do with hardiness zones, but I was not informed of this beforehand. I'm surprised that most reviews mention quick shipping and delivery, but maybe my experience was a one-off. I would probably order from them again but only if I needed something I couldn't find locally.

Plant Addicts…a favorite. And their inventory of Sz 1 starters sets them apart from most. Plants are gorgeous too.

I have dealt with this company before and it has always been a very positive experience. The plants arrive in excellent condition. They are very well packed. They thrive as soon as you plant them.

two plants came ruined however company was very fast to send me new plants and deal with issue. very professional and very responsive. highly recommended

I have been landscaping my new house and I came across plant addicts website so I ordered a few things and they were beautiful. I was so happy with what I received that I’ve ordered about 50 different perennials and 9 different varieties of rose of Sharon bushes over the last month. Everything I’ve ordered has been healthy and beautiful. I appreciate that they have a description of each plant, size and care. I found items you can’t find at a local nursery. Thank you so much for all the great plants and customer service. Out of all the plants I’ve only had one fern that was damaged in shipping but I think it will survive. It’s such an appropriate name because I’m truly addicted to plants and now their website

I’m always weary of ordering things like live plants online. I’m so glad I did though. The David Austin #3 roses I ordered are so impressive! They arrived in wonderful shape, covered in buds! Within days they started blooming. I highly recommend this company!

Easy to order. Plants always arrive healthy and they have tended to be more mature plants with better root system developed. Except for filling out this review form where one has to enter the date of review with the year (ex 2026) first before the day and month.

The 2 azalea plants I ordered were the nicest & healthiest plants I've ever received from an online order! Love them & so far they're very happy.

Plant Addicts has impressed me since the first purchase! I'm remodeling my backyard and every plant in it has come from Plant Addicts. From purchase date to ship date, it's no more than a week (obviously, account for additional time over holidays. We all have lives). Once shipped, I get an email notifying me and within a DAY, max of TWO days, my Plant is home! But wait, it doesn't stop there...the packaging they use is phenomenal. Best set up I've ever seen. Each of my plants has arrived unharmed (completely stationary inside the packaging). They even take extra care to wrap each pot with a clear plastic bag that then is tied loosely around the base of each plant to keep all dirt contained. I can even tell each plant was watered before shipment. Very happy little plants, all of them! It's been a great experience for me all the way around and I look forward to being a repeat customer.
