Super customer service 👌 I placed an order which was delivered quickly, then another order where they were out of stock and had to get new stock from supplier, but it would take some time so I canceled order. After cancelation money reservation was removed very quickly. Im surely going to buy from planta.dk again 😎

Not trustworthy.
In July 2023, I placed an order with planta.dk but received no communication thereafter. Surprisingly, the funds were taken out of my account in February 2024, and only then did I receive the products. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with the prolonged delivery period, my complaint was met with silence.

Items in back order. UNTIL WHEN?
Ordered things that appeared as available,
A week passed by, no information,
I sent an email asking whats going on, apparently some of my order was back ordered. I was it was arriving by the end of next week,
2 weeks later, another part of my order is now on back order.
its been almost a month until, i decided to get a refund and shop somewhere else.
My cactus literally died whilst waiting to be transplanted.

Absolutely great price for some really…
Absolutely great price for some really nice pots but on arrival they smelled terrible, almost toxic! I was worried they may affect my plants and so I had to wash all 13 of them in the shower. There is still a strange, toxic smell, which is not ideal since I have them indoors (and I am also living indoors) but otherwise, really good value for money. ps. my plants are thriving :)
