Skat dk is worst company i ever met , legit scam , i mad my driving fredrag on annual statment and all the sudden they checking info if its right, its been 1,5 months they still checking not gonna eve talk about to reach them what an absolute circus.

The Danish skat is a bloody joke and their behavior towards taxpayers is mindboggling if we as taxpayers would act towards skat as they do towards us we'd be facing criminal charges and hefty fines I waited for well over 2 months for my tax return and every time I reached out there's more documentation needed even though the first operator claimed all documentation was in order and the mone would be in my account within 15 days here i am still struggling with former Soviet Republic operators being rude....

Very bad service. Only one contact nr is provided and which you can never come through. When you call, the auto message is that number is busy, call again later on and call disconnected.

SKAT's call centre and helpline were very customer-friendly and well-structured. I have had issues with my B-Skat, but when I called them, they were super helpful, explained in detail what I did wrong and they also helped me to correct the missing information.
A bunch of thieves
A bunch of thieves. Bad service. No possibility to contact them in a way where you can have a proof you sent them something (no email, no eboks). You will contact them and get no reply. You will habe to contact them by chat as a last resort after 4 weeks went by since you first contacted them.
They will charge you exorbitant interest rates (7.5%) for any amount due late, even if it is NOT my fault at all! People in SKAT and VURDERINGSTYRELSEN didn't do their job and register my house in yhe system (which I cannot do myself).
And I need to pay these thieves 400 dkk EXTRA each year to these thieves with no possibility of complaint on top of the nearly 300000 dkk I get stolen each year? And what do I get in return? Just a bad treatment and bad services?
SKAT shall be abolished! And since the current politicians don't do anything useful apart from spending their days to find new ways to screw us over, then we need a new political movement!!!

let me present you a little about the cases from wolt... I work as a courier at wolt and from June 1, skat decided that wolt will withdraw taxes from our salary... but at the same time we should be freelancers... but without a right... no right to medical, no right to pension, no right to vacation money... we couriers will be like slaves, working without any right! that means nationwide corruption! ... it is discrimination against the other companies like Dao, post nord, nemlig.com...etc! until now we could not work without cvr and exceed the amount of 50k kr annually ... now it is possible ... because the skat changes the laws as it pleases ... but why these laws do not apply to other companies as well as couriers from wolt... And look how we couriers ended up paying somewhere between 44% and 50% monthly taxes without having any right or being employed by any company... we are supposed to be freelancers but we don't have cvr ...we don't have cvr rights... we don't have deductions... we don't have employee rights... basically we are slaves to the state...! because of skat, corruption is increasing daily in Denmark!

Had to go through tons of systems and issues and several other places. I don’t understand if having parents that were siblings before producing child is mandatory to be employed here or how the hell you can create so useless office and expecting others paying half of their salaries for this crap service when all I need is how much I owe in my taxes

It took a bit of time before I got hold of someone, but once I did, the person from SKAT I spoke to was super helpful and patient in answering all of my questions about my tax statement

Start 01/07 cheap packages from outside…
Start 01/07 cheap packages from outside EU need to pay tax. Totally understand. But the latters send to me are always much later than the date they write in the letter! It is not ok!! This is cheating customers! They write 10 days from “fra brevets date” is not the day they send the letter?! Normally letter send from Denmark to Denmark only take 1-2 days! Ok?! I don’t believe any postman will hold some letters send them later after few days! I don’t want my package send back to my homeland! They are not something I bought myself they all from family! It’s take time to get all the informations , receipts etc. After 3 months the package arrived at Denmark ! Because my mother use sea freight ! It’s super slow! I hardly believe my 60 years old mother can clearly remember exactly what she did send to me! (This is to skat.dk)Why can’t you do things more friendly for your citizens!! You Do get salary from all citizens! All package after 01/07 sent to Denmark check all of them! I don’t think it’s a problem to pay vat/ tax at all. The problem is nobody ready for this new rule before 01/07! And packages sent before 01/07 what if they didn’t keep receipts or didn’t buy online and there is no way to get a receipt?! So customers can not get theirs package?! Or Postnord send the letter late tell customers need info from pack and write the date early just make sure you don’t need to work for these sh&t packages?! I do understand this rule probably really suck for people who need to work in this department, but it doesn’t mean you can do some smart tricks, lazy solutions!!
The worst system ever
The worst system ever. I feel like I am dealing with an alien species and not humans. Communication it’s impossible. They just take money from me out of ordinary taxes but they never can explain why but I still pay like they said. I have the receipts as a proof that I am paying monthly but they pretend they never recived the money. I sent them the receipts, they ignored my messages and keep sending me emails and threatening with more interest rates because they pretend they did not received my money and my messages wich containing the receipts..Apparently this is an legal psychological abuse in Denmark. The experience with them leaves you with deep traumas and that’s OK?!(...) Evolution and respect parts still difficult to achieve when you leave traumas in the psyche to other human being and communication does not exist.

I can really not explain my frustration with SKAT. I called several times looking for answers for payments that I don't know why I am still doing it, but the answer to all this is none, no one can answer MY QUESTIONS. Every time I call they referred me to different departments but seems that they have no idea what is this payment or they cannot find why! AT THE END, WHEN THEY HAVE NO ANSWER, they tell me that some one will call me and explain, BUT NO CALLS and NO ANSWERS. I am not refusing to pay anything, in fact I was paying everything that SKAT was sending no questions ask, but I got tired and NOW, I NEED to know why I am paying this, from which year or which company! ITS MY RIGHT TO KNOW!
