Planet of Entertainment provides a mixed experience. While they offer competitive pricing and free shipping on rare items, delivery times can be longer than expected. Communication has been lacking, with no updates or tracking provided for some orders. There have also been instances of damaged items due to inadequate packing, though replacements were handled efficiently. Overall, they have room for improvement but do deliver value in some aspects.

Fast delivery, very good condition

On Saturday 9th November 2024 I ordered dvds online got email from planet express, stating awaiting shipment, items arrived thrusday 14th November 2024 no problem we'll done thank you

My order was cancelled with no information as to why, just confirmation that amount had been refunded. Details as to why the order was cancelled would be beneficial.

Planet Entertainment accepted my order but then the order status remained as Awaiting Shipment. I sent a message through the contact form on the website asking if there was a problem and received no reply. I then emailed the customer service department and again never received a reply. As there is no phone number to contact the sales department I raised a claim with PayPal. It doesn't install confidence in your company when your website does not appear to have been updated for a considerable time and your Twitter account has had no posts since 2022: I wouldn't consider using your company again. At the time if this review, my order is still showing as, awaiting shipment.

Ordering a DVD I anticipated a quick despatch time, especially as the web site boasts a quick delivery. Within the hour my order was being prepared for despatch. This status remained for five days. I then filled out a contact form asking if there was an issue with my order. I would have phoned but this company does not display a phone number. As anticipated, no response was received so I then sent an email to the customer services but again I never received a reply. I did notice that the website and Twitter account has not been updated dincec2022. There is one item for sale which is available pre-release date with a frozen countdown timer. The release date for the item was in 2023: I received s refund for my order from PayPal and my order us still showing as being prepared for sending.

Delivery is a little longer than I lime but no real issues

My package has yet to arrive, I received no tracking or update to say it’s on the way despite being charged and although I have tried to contact you via email I have heard nothing back as of yet

Poor packing led to several items (steelbooks) turning up damaged, but they were replaced without fuss. Good customer service, but something's not right in the warehouse!
