Slow to et to the fix
In a word Isaac - very experienced and knowledgeable. The process to get to the the TeamViewer call was not great - too many lack of detail messages until we got to support by Isaac. It took too long to resolve -3weeks
There is a general presumption that if you read a link etc it will be fine but you miss the point people are seeking help because it is not their area of skill. If your guys came into my business they would not have a clue - but I would not expect them to understand - so I make sure they get a full explanation of how our patented technology works. My suggestion would be to make videos with step by step walk throughs

Excellence, nothing else
Not only PlanetHoster is an excellent Internet Service Provider but its support is more than great.
Reactive and going beyond its own field of responsabilty.
They just helped me to work out the upgrade to Moodle 4.2 which involved quite a few aggravations.
Necessity of passage to php 8.0 and install of a beta release of the service XMLRPC which they had to tweak as it is not native anymore to PHP 8.0 but necessary to the Moodle upgrade.
And so on..advices on the upgrade of MariaDB, etc..
A few hours of exchanges with technicians leve 1, 2 and 3.
Thanks again to Marc-André, Jason, Nick and whoever I forget.
