We always value our customers, but this doesn’t mean we can break our policies, no matter what tantrums or spoiled behaviour you'll show.
You paid us $35.89 to create artwork from your photos, not for the right to insult and threaten us.
We're sad to see you took our explanations as rude, but here they are again:
You initially ordered to add the deceased as transparent but later requested, as a free revision, to make the deceased fully visible. We explained to you that making the deceased fully visible costs $17.06 more. You hired us per request, not per hour. Adding one deceased as transparent costs $35.89, while making one fully visible costs $52.95.
You said that we’re trying to take advantage of you, but your threats and this review proves otherwise.
It’s a pity to see you trying to damage a company that refused to do work on your own terms and prices.

We're surprised by your negative review since you downloaded both files and didn't address any concerns directly. Let's clarify a few things:
1. With unlimited revisions, we're always ready to adjust until you're satisfied. There is no need to leave a negative review. You can request a revision instead!
2. Perhaps the reason you see the photos cropped is that the thumbnail preview on your device might only display a portion of the image. Please open your photo to view the complete image.
3. You've received and downloaded both files via Track My Order. These actions can also be seen in the Event History section of your order.
4. We have not cropped your photos. We preserved the original ratio and focused solely on removing damage, improving quality, and colorizing them. Additionally, no heads have been cropped.
5. Given the condition of the original photos you provided and the fantastic results we've achieved, we consider that your dissatisfaction is due to technical issues on your end, which are not in our control.
But please let us know through the Track My Order page messages if you need any changes. We're here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

If you changed your mind, you could have reached out for a revision. It’s disheartening because we put a lot of love into our work, and your positive feedback followed by a negative review is quite surprising.
We believe reviews should reflect the overall experience and interaction with our team. Since we hadn't heard any complaints from you before, this review was unexpected.
Regarding the cost, we believe our prices reflect the time, effort, and skill involved in creating personalized artwork from your photos. While we understand that it might seem high, consider how much we spend on other things that don’t hold the same sentimental value. For example, a dinner out can easily cost $50-100, a pair of concert tickets might be $100-200, and even a single night in a nice hotel can be over $200. These are fleeting experiences, whereas a custom artwork is a lasting keepsake.
