Very Mid
Very Mid. Sometimes the renders are great sometimes awful. Sometimes all the features work, sometimes not. Better options out there.

I dont know about the rest of the reviews, but my use of pixelcut.ai was to change the background of my GFX Renders as they were transparent to the topic i wanted, and the results were incredible
Pixelcut in it's original form was…
Pixelcut in it's original form was highly intuitive and easy to use. Now you have to click all over the place just to execute simple tasks and edits. It's like they literally wrote down all the bullet points of what would make the best UX, and just did the opposite. I highly suspect that this is by design, so that the user ends up just burning up credits. Then users have the privilege of buying more credits so that they can generate more images that look like garbage. Rinse and repeat. Revenue streams mean nothing if customers quit using your app, geniuses. I'm not even sure they let you do bulk upscaling anymore. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if you can't.
Misleading Subscription Terms and Severe Video Limitations - Very Disappointing one star due to…
I’m giving Pixelcut.ai one star due to its misleading marketing and restrictive video generation capabilities, which wasted my time and money. I purchased a monthly subscription expecting to create a 1-minute documentary-style video with English voiceover and Portuguese subtitles, as advertised features suggested robust video creation (e.g., 4K support). However, after inputting my prompt with 568 credits available, Pixelcut rejected it, stating I needed more credits. Their response clarified that videos are limited to 5-10 second clips, with no support for voiceovers, subtitles, or complex narratives—details never disclosed on their website or during signup.
This lack of transparency feels deceptive, especially after paying for a subscription that can’t deliver on promised functionality. The credit system is opaque, with no clear explanation of costs or limits, echoing complaints on Trustpilot about unexpected charges and poor support. I’m now seeking a refund, as Pixelcut failed to meet basic consumer expectations. Save your money and use a more reliable platform like Kapwing, which offers clear terms and actual video export capabilities.
Amazing
Ridiculously generous even on free daily quotas, and it's one of the VERY few brush AI generator/editors that actually works. I tried many paid tools where the editor still fumbled with random inserts but not this one

I don't understand the one-star rating
I don't understand the one-star rating! You don't have to pay, I didn't think it would work so well! I uploaded coloring pages and they looked absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!
Not Free
Says free then you can only enhance to 2x and only preview it you pay to download. Clickbait rubbish
Pixelcut is run on a razor-thin budget
Pixelcut is run on a razor-thin budget, meant to extract maximum profits for the opportunity that exists that users won't remember that they never use this "subscription" and forget that they are being charged on a monthly basis. Stay away fellow consumers! The functionality of this app is definitely not worth it!
Thieves! Beware!
Beware! Charged me a full annual of $90 after trying the 7-day trial for only 3 days. Apple refuses to refund. I even deleted the app after a couple days because it wasn’t what I needed and got hit with the charge later in the week. This isn’t my first time buying and subscribing to apps. I received a confirmation that the trial was cancelled a few days before the charge, so they are acting illegally. Thanks Pixelcut and thanks Apple for being so shitty.
Scammers, beware, no response to any message
Unfortunately, I was also scammed. They are not replying to any email or message so be careful with them and don't loose your money.

I used pixelcut for uncropping(extending images) but recently they put limit. 3 downloads
SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! Was informed I would get an email reminder to cancel the free subscription. Never got the email, got charged £49.95!!! Tried to get a refund, was sent around in circles and was refused. Not only that but the product is pretty useless too.
They don't force you to sign up and provide cc info
Thank you for not forcing people to sign up and provide credit card info for any little thing they do on your website, unlike some of your competitors.
𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!! 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐎𝐤𝐚𝐲!

That is 65 hours and misrepresenting the “3 days free trial.” If I like a product, I buy it! I have been a great customer. To have Apple/Pixelcut 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐥 from their customers by denying a refund after presenting documentation of the fraudulent misrepresentation charge is ugly 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. Don’t waste your time pursuing pixel cut pro. The features they advertise is access to all of their AI tools but what they don’t tell you is it’s only limited access, with the pro plan you can only generate 25 pictures or logos per day. It took 4 emails with customer support for the to tell me I had a daily limit, when your limit is reached it says an error has occurred if issue persist contact support. For 4 days I emailed support saying my AI tools are not working and they responded with we are working to fix the issue try again later.
Not once was I told about usage limits until the last email I received from support
So entire lack of honesty and transparency
Killer product, terrible customer service and business management
Edit--I am updating my review to 5 stars. I was able to get ahold of Dominique, the founder of Pixelcut and explained my issues with the customer service. He immediately went above and beyond to solve my problem. I hope that the customer service team improves because it will make or break the product.
Original review: I actually loved this software— June of 2024 I tried out multiple softwares and found this one was the best by far!! I gladly signed on to the annual plan and paid in full up front, securing me access to the program until July 2025 for my business. It’s now January 2025 and I inexplicably can’t access any of the pro features anymore. Their support is completely useless !!!!!! They go in circles and don’t address any of the actual problems. Unfortunately now I’m going to have to file a chargeback with my bank which is such a shame because I’ve referred a lot of people to it and it’s a really good necessity for my business. But the shady business practices aren’t going to get you anywhere and will drive away long term users! Now I have to find an alternative just because they’re playing with me, and I don’t even want that. Total shame
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCRAM!
THIS IS A HORRIBLE APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE BEEN TRICKED INTO A FREE 2 DAY TRIAL THAT SHOWED A RENEWAL FOR A YEAR FOR 70£
I FORGOT TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE THE FREE TRIAL IS ONLY 2 DAYS !! IM A UNI STUDENT I DONT HAVE TIME TO CHECK. WHEN I GOT CHARGED. I CANCELLED IT, AND REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT BECAUSE ITS MY FAULT.
DONT GET THIS APP!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 STAR RATING I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER!
Pixelcut.ai has unscrupulous business practices
I subscribed to Pixelcut last year for $59.99, but rarely used it. Since that time, I've had to get a new debit card from my bank after identity fraud, and I figured Pixelcut's auto-renewal wouldn't work since they had my old card #, but when I saw the the subscription was auto-renewed nine days ago and my checking account was debited $59.99 again, I contacted Pixelcut's customer support that same day, explaining that the auto-renewal was a mistake and that I wanted a full refund. The response from them was automated and it explained to me where to go on the website to manage my account and request a refund. Well, believe it or not, there is no section on their website where people can 'manage' their accounts and ask for refunds. When I pointed this out to Pixelcut, there was no response. So, I contacted customer support again and I got the same response from them, telling me where to go on their website to cancel and get a refund. This circular conversation has been going on for the past nine days, with absolutely NOTHING resolved. I guess Pixelcut's not having a customer support phone number should have been a red flag. So, this company is committing immoral, unfair and what I believe to be illegal business practices. DO NOT give them a penny of your money, because once they get it, they'll keep taking more.
