Useless customer service

Useless customer service. For the third or fourth time I was unable to login and the password reset option was unsuccessful. On multiple occasions, the website fails to allow logins. Customer service has no resolution, just apologies. Sadly, I am done with Piping Rock.

Unfortunately declined to sub-par borderline scam company

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and it's disappointing to see how far this company has declined. Whether due to new ownership or internal changes, the experience has become frustrating and careless.

I recently placed an order and updated the delivery address during checkout. Despite this, the package was sent to an old address. I reached out via email and messaging-well before the order was shipped or even labeled-only to be told that nothing could be done. As a result, my order was delivered to someone else, and I've been informed I won't receive a refund or replacement.

To make matters worse, this isn't the only issue. The company has had multiple unreported data breaches over the years, eroding trust even further.

Sadly, they now resemble many other subpar, borderline scam operations in the health industry. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

After spending approx $1500

After spending approx $1500 - $2000 AUD per month with PipinRock under their wisdom ceased and blocked me spending money with them.! I was buying for 10 or so church familes and they pulled the pin on us. What a terrible business and business decision to make. We have no increased or volume and now shopping with their competitor.

What a joke of a company

What a joke of a company. I paid 10GBP for delivery and they said it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Not what I expected.
When I asked my shipment to be cancelled - they said the label was created already, but the shipment hasn't been shipped yet. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE unless you are willing to wait for 2-3 weeks.

Great first time buying experience

Fast delivery to the UK - ordered last Friday and received this Thursday so 6 days altogether.

Received all items as ordered, so fantastic first time buying experience for me. I loved being able to track my parcel on the DHL app to every step of the way.

Never order from Piping Rock

Whatever you order, forget it, it gets lost in transit. I ordered supplements on 30th of April. With an ordernumber of 3464487. The reviews looked oke and they promised a quick delivery. However, after contacting Piping Rock several times by email, I only got a question to rate my contact first with Kane, second complaint with Karter and now Ryan. Strangly I never recieved an email from them. I now want a full refund but there has not been any communication from PiperRock apart from the question to rate ghost emails. I thought I was dealing with a German company..... but is based in the USA.If I'd known that I'd never ever ordered from Piping Rock as we all boycot USA products thanks to Trump.

Let me tell u what to expect

If you are ordering from Europe (everywhere except USA) expect medieval shipping speed from USA to Europe, in my case France. Imagine a wooden ship powered by 10 slave rowers. 20 and a bit days have passed since I ordered and paid the 17e shipping costs. That's not a small amount of money and I was expecting 2 weeks at worst. It's been 3 and a half weeks and it's still on the ocean, I forgot what I ordered and I don't know if I even need it anymore. Not to mention that when you place an order, this company uses all your data, sells it, and then showers you with spam and advertisements so that in the end you don't see important business messages that are important in your life. In translation, the email from which you order is so poisoned with advertisements and 1000 messages that it is unusable. A company that is known for being exceptional in the USA behaves as if it is from Pakistan, although I do not want to insult Pakistan, they are very humble and good people.

Stay Away, DO NOT Give Them Your Email Address

I make it regular practice that when I place an order, I use a domain that I own to use an email address that identifies only the specific vendor I am placing the order with. So for PipingRock I used pipingrock.com@(mydomain). Soon after I started receiving lots of spam to that email address. Meaning, they sold it to spammers.

My order was placed on 10/4/2023 and I am STILL receiving spam to that address. Horrible company to do that to people.

NO DELIVERY!

I ordered Moringa from PipingRock on March 6, 2025. Standard DHL shipment to Sweden. No delivery yet, the parcel seems to be stuck in some DHL centre in France - it's been sitting there since March 9 (!). Still no progress and I only receive lame standard replies from PipingRock's customer service upon contacting them. I have now wasted over a month on this matter and I've finally demanded my money back. Remains to be seen if they reimburse me...

Leaked personal info

Got my goods a ordered a year and a half ago.
But recently went through my spam emails, and noticed (piping rock unrelated) spam sent to the Hide My Email address I used for their EShop which is just unexcusable.
Somebody else mentioned a data leak from their website, which seems true when searching online.

POSTMARKED FROM CHINA!!!

Order arrived today, FROM CHINA. They claim all products made in USA, but are ingredients outsourced? China and other countries are rife with counterfeit and toxic (by)products, but this ingredient sourcing is sadly common these days. If products are assembled/compounded in the US, they can get away with their toxic agenda and COO (country of origin) fakery. Is my protein powder laced with heavy metals or other contaminants? I generally scrutinize the source of my supplements, but placed my faith with their advertising purity and testing of their products. Not sure, and will investigate cost of lab testing. With health issues I have, I won't exacerbate with potential toxins.
