I'm in the UK and ordered melatonin it came quick and works a charm, I don't know why so many negative reviews I have had zero issues and the products I have received are great quality much cheaper than competitors and actually work especially the melatonin and the melatonin gummies!

We had max-strength melatonin gummies shipped from the USA at an unbelievably low price - the cost of 2 tubs and international P&P were cheaper than a single tub i had bought locally in the USA the last time I was in the country. I was sceptical but very happy with the outcome.

I bought a product from Piping Rock a year or so back but wh Wed n I went to check it again the strength had been halved but price unchanged !!! I emailed them for info and since then Have been plagued with all sorts of spam emails due to a data breach in their system!
Never going near them again!!

I seems a lot of the reviewers are upset with customer service and not the product. I have been using PR products for 5 years. Never had a problem with shipping, or the quality and pricing of their. What I have found is before you order look at the label and see what comprises a dose. If you order 30 pills and it requires 3 pills per day, you have 10 days not 30 days. Don't blame the company because you failed to read the instructions.

I have been buying product from piping rock for maany years. They now demand my cell phone number or I can not complete my order. Told me the shippers need it. Told them I buy product all over the world for my company and do not give them a cell phone number, whether it is the British Royal Mail or DHL or US postal service. They then told me they do not share any information with a third party, so if they do not share my cell phone with the shipper why do they need it for the shipper. They lost a customer and today lost a big order

I went to set up an account and I needed to try at least 5 times before my purchase was excepted. It finally went through only for it to be cancelled and my account blocked. No phone call...nothing. Horrible customer experience so I suggest better to stay far away from this company.

Scam - products don’t arrive and they simply blame the courier and refuse to assist. Courier is an obscure provider and refused to provide and assistance, just bounced around random phone numbers that do not connect / exist.

I cant remember if I bought anything from this company, but I know I did sign up for a discount back in 2021 (cant remember if I used the discount or not), however, apparently in april 2024 but appears Piping Rock sold my info to the darkweb. I only signed up for the Dark Web monitoring recently hence why im posting this review now. I think PipingRock is freaken disgusting, nothing is free folks, signing up for discounts means you are the product. I would upload screenshots but its not letting me for some reason.

Cheaters, take care of this scam. My heart was about to stop due to their product. I through my 68 euro products into the garbage after buying them.

The prices are generally cheaper than other supplement sellers and that is an attraction. The FILLERS are the cheating mechanism - at least on the CINNAMON COMPLEX which was touted as containing Ceylon Cinnamon.

I opened one capsule to put it in my coffee which I have done many times with other brands of cinnamon and ginger. The significant amount of powdered rice that floated on the surface of my coffee was a shock.

The rep I spoke to at piping rock was hostile, despite their claims of non restricted returns, telling me that I was not supposed to open the capsule - well that is another way of telling me that they don't want to be caught cheating.

This was about 2 months ago and I am reporting it now as I was looking at the other capsules of quercetin from PP which I am trying to finish wondering if what I am getting is genuine, as quercertin like ceylon cinnamon is a relatively expensive product.

I have older stocks of their vitamin C caplets - not closed capsules and I think they maybe OK. I avoid their capsules.

I had a complicated issue with my international order, but PipingRock's customer service team went above and beyond to help.
Even though the situation was difficult, they treated me with empathy, prompt communication, and a genuine willingness to find a solution. In the end, everything worked out, and I was truly impressed by how much they cared.
It's rare to find a company that stands behind their service like this. I will definitely continue to buy from PipingRock, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and trustworthy support.

Website as well as an internet search indicates they are Canadian until you read the fine print it when you receive an email from their global shipper DHL (who often charge additional fees at delivery). This Canadian indication is very misleading as I always prefer to support Canadian sellers. Given current economic climate where most Canadians do not want to purchase American goods, this seems unethical to me.

This company will sell your personal details and your phone will get hacked and the chances are you might loose your personal money in your online banking if you have it.

My advice

Stay away and buy nothing from them
They should be prosecuted for what they are doing to people

I order a quite amount of supplement never received, I open my clime and despite some answer from a call center, I never received a refund. I highly recommend to use other supplier.

Another company that lies about there processing cancellations will not work it says you have 60 minutes that’s a lie. I canceled less than 10 minutes after ordering and they said it had been processed already. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They sold my personal info, so don't buy anything there.

My personal details, name, country, province, telephone number and email address have been identified as having been leaked by piping rock in a data breach April 2024 and are listed on the dark web. Clearly from the other reviews this is something that has happened to many others and sadly on more than one occasion. It would seem that no only do the company fail to notify you that your details have been compromised but are not actively preventing this from happening so are complicit.

Ordered Organic Chlorella/Spirulina supplements; 2 Bottles; 500 tablets each. The tablets are about the size of half an aspirin tablet. Both bottles TOGETHER do NOT make a full bottle. Each bottle was less than half full. Extremely disappointed. Will NEVER purchase Piping Rock's brand again.

For overseas buyers, you must be careful with PipingRock. They don't hold any responsibility even you haven't received the shipment. I have purchased many products by online, but this company hold the less trustworthy in handling after sales service. Buyers should lodge complaint with Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau.
