Poor Design, little aftercare - Would not recommend
Whilst the purchasing experience was fairly smooth, the product is overpriced and not fit for purpose. I purchased the Pipersong Meditation Armchair and I am really disappointed. It has no ergonomic design to the point where its harming my posture. The back support is fixed and unsupportive, the seat feels like it is squint, the arm rests are too low that you would have to lean to use them - again terrible for your posture if sitting all day.
I persevered and have tried to make it work but its poor design is causing me pain. There is only a 30 day return period and when I contacted Pipersong they have advised I could give it away or try and sell locally as I am beyond the 30 days. It is an expensive chair for only 30 days after care and no options for adaptions.
