Completely horrible!! I ordered a set in a size that’s usually big on me except this set was tiny! And when I contacted them they told me that the shorts in the same set were designed even smaller than the pants. They can’t even control sizing. They claim to be from France, but it drop shipped from China and when I asked how to return it they offered me 50% back and told me to give it away to someone. I said I want all my money back so they said I’d have to cover shipping from Canada to Florida for some reason. I told them they should cover shipping but they refused. After finding out how much it would cost I took the discounted refund for this crap set. BUYER BEWARE!! It’s ill fitting, the sizes are all off and they treat you like trash. And they delete any honest reviews off their social media so they can dupe more women into getting scammed.
Reply: Your sizes are all off, that was even emailed to me from your company that the shorts in the same size were designed smaller than the pants. Both horrible fitting. And yes you absolutely do erase bad reviews because mine are nowhere on your site or any of the posts on Instagram. People had commented back thanking me for warning them and you then deleted my posts.

Regarding our policies, they are clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, which are published transparently on our website. As mentioned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for exchanges or refunds. Since your order was placed on our US store, it is therefore normal that the return address provided is located in the US.
Concerning the partial refund offered, this was an optional solution proposed to help you avoid the inconvenience and cost of an international return. It was not an obligation, and you still had the option to return your order for a full refund.
Finally, we would like to clarify that we do not delete honest reviews. We value all feedback and continuously work to improve our customer experience.
