My problems originated with the App (Android in this case). The instructions it provided for the first beer I elected to brew, were critically incorrect, and there was a card in the brew kit that basically said "Read this first, then go to Step 8 on the app". I did not read the card first and the result was a resounding mess. Additionally, on Android , the positioning of the Pinter APP navigation buttons directly conflict with the standard Back, Close, Tile buttons at the bottom of an Android phone screen. I ordered the Pinter on the 13th, it was delivered on the 17th, I attempted to brew my first batch on the 19th, and now I have FedEx return labels to send it all back on the 20th. Just sad and disappointing.

I had been looking at this for way too long and finally decided to go all in. 40 years ago, I did the really intense home brew. Time became a premium however and I gave it up. My wife bought me the Pico Brew which was an automated version of home brew but it had hardware issues and eventually went out of business. Multiple reviews convinced me to go with the Pinter. I got what I consider a great deal. Customer service is amazing, rare to find these days.
Placing my order was a breeze. Updates on my order and additional information was refreshing to see. My order arrived in a couple days and within 30 minutes I was starting my first brew. I used the app to guide me along the process, sanitizing, filling, detaching and attaching parts in correct way and in the correct order. I added the brew pack, yeast shook it well and I'm now waiting for the brew to complete.
It was ridiculously easy, to the point that I thought I must have missed some steps somewhere but I didn't. It's simply an extremely user friendly setup that takes very little time to get your brew going. Brew times and conditioning vary by the brew, so I get to taste mine in 2 weeks. Really looking forward to it. The pinter is a solid device, very well designed and manufactured. Worth every penny. I expect to be brewing with it for a very long time, plus I got a second one to keep the brews coming.
Fresh brew is so much better than pasteurized commercial beers. I also have a great holiday gift suggestion for my family for me. Pinter gift cards!!!
If you're nervous that this is too hard, don't be. Anyone can brew with Pinter. Its fast and easy.

Super easy for a beginner to dip their toes into the home brewing of beer. The app is great I’ve just started tapping today and the beer tastes good. I opted for minimum brewing for 1 st time round and it’s cloudier than I thought I wud be but maybe that’s because I didn’t do the recommended. Again it’s my first time was super easy the beer still tastes good am looking forward to my next batch

Great beers but too many (for me) American style pale ales, lagers and hazy IPAs. Biggest complaint is the Razz Session Sour Ale which, although a great tasting beer, contaminated my PInter to such an extent that after 4 or 5 subsequent beers and cleaning with Chempro brew vessel cleaner and filling with a strong sodium bicarbonate solution for a fortnight every brew since still has a hint of raspberry. This isn't too bad in a stouts but really mucks up a good British style pale ale.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to make this beer with my Pinter beer machine. The beer came out tasting great and and I can't wait to try another flavor,as there are a lot to choose from. Over all I'm very pleased and would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys brewing quality beer at home.

For me I feel like the app is too complex until you know how to use it properly. I accidentally clicked on the intro and couldn’t go back. So when it came to my first brew it took me ages to find where the tutorial is. Maybe have its own tab on the front page. So it’s in plain view rather than the bottom. Video tutorial is brilliant except the add hop section. Not realising you only add a little bit. Then add rest at a later date. - all in all it’s ok to be fair. You’ve just got to learn how to navigate it that’s all. I would recommend 100%

still waiting for it to condition but the process so far is very satisfying can't wait to try it

I previously left a bad review but I had to take it down a replace it with this one because the customer service is actually great. They saw that I hadn’t received my pinter and they decided to reship my order. I am very happy with purchase and experience. Thank you Pinter!

So I’m going with a 4 star review just because i haven’t tried the beer yet as i just received my pinters lol but the brewing process was easy as pie. Idk why so many people claim “hidden subscription” when i checked out it was pretty clear that a subscription was required, now i didn’t know about the cancellation fee but im also not dense and i figured there’s some kind of catch to receive a free $200 product. Shout out to Pizza Hut for the offer i received 2 full pinters and 2 brew packs for 20 bucks, if the beer is as good as they say im not mad at it.
