Five stars to Sithembiso for excellent customer service, in getting my shipping address changed on my order and in my account, and for being friendly and personable.
Pinter has been a great experience overall except in one respect. I wanted to pause my subscription because I hadn't had time to brew the kits I ordered in the first place, and then a new shipment arrived. All I could do was extend the shipment frequency.
All the other subscriptions I have allow for pausing. This means, no surprises on a forgotten subscription, and it's in fact good customer care policy. Pinter needs to get with the times here and allow pauses.
Other than that, I've had nothing but great experiences, and I'm very happy I can change the beers to try next on my subscription. There are so many! I feel like a kid in a candy store. This is fun.

At present, customers can adjust their delivery frequency to help manage upcoming orders until the subcription requirement is fulfilled, but we absolutely understand your point about pause functionality and how useful that can be. Not very impressed, very deceptive and abusive marketing
Not very impressed. I bought this and have been thoroughly disappointed in the beer and pinter. Even though they do include the T&Cs, they are very hidden and deceptive. You end up being locked into a 12 month subscription or you have to pay a hefty amount to get out of it.
As an executive compliance officer, I consider their subscription and early-out fee very deceptive and abusive. This would be considered a deceptive marketing practice in the compliance world. It locks people into paying a ton of money even if they are not satisfied with the product. I would not recommend this company. The best thing the company could do is not give away the "free" pinters. Just have people buy your machine instead of locking them into subscriptions.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, 3xplained my parcel was already open when I received it , to be told basically tough . Had to reply to messages over and over again , explaining the same thing . Also told me I couldn't return anything as I'd signed up to a 12 month subscription and they were sorry they couldn't do nothin about it to be messaged back 3 days later saying I could . Just a shambles of a company. Asked multiple times to sort a courier to collect there product because i can't walk at the moment. Still waiting for a reply 4 days later . Been on goin since the 18th of may .Joke !

Amazingly simple to make good beer
I have to admit I was skeptical that you could make decent beer this easy. I’m was suprised how good the first batch turned out and so simple to make. Looking forward to trying out many more beers.

Everything has gone remarkably well. We went with the 2 Pinter offer and they gave us a free docking upgrade. We received it in a very timely manner. The Pinters arrived yesterday and today the brewing began. The brewing process is quick and easy. The waiting to taste the pear cider and Mexican lager won’t go fast enough. Great experience!
