The apartment was in poor condition, the final costs were significantly higher than initially stated, and the security deposit has not been returned. Despite repeated assurances that the matter would be resolved, I was eventually told to deal with their lawyers, who also failed to follow through and have since ceased all communication. It is evident that they are exploiting the limited legal recourse available to international students, which is both unfair and unacceptable.

Scamming international students with overpriced utilities as well as keeping the security deposit.

Also they put a fake trustpilot rating on their website, which mislead me into thinking they are reliable.
