Fantastic service - Have been trying to get hold of a specific table that I thought was out of my price bracket but managed to get a great deal on a part ex.
They gave me a great price and provided pictures and videos before the purchase. The table was delivered and installed by a really friendly and helpful courier. My only problem is the lack of work I've got done since it was installed!

I recently had my williams fish tales pinball machine serviced by pinball heaven.
They fully fixed all the issues which included board repair , flipper rebuild and installed led bulbs . I would highly reccomend them and will be using them again!

Bought a new Foo Fighters pinball off Pinball Heaven. 1st pin I've bought and all newbie questions were answered quickly. Quick to reply to phone and emails, dwlivery updates in time and arrived when they sid it would. Recomended. Seems to be the easy place for spare parts also.

It’s my now 4th machine off of Phil and every time it goes exactly to plan (upstairs no problem 😊) would definitely use again 👌

Phil is a great guy super helpful and knows his sh**.

A total newbie with Pinball, I was very apprehensive regarding maintaining a pinball machine. Phil and the Pinball Heaven team assisted me loads, answering my many (I mean many) questions and explaining things in a way I understood.
I ended up getting a Godzilla premium from stock, delivered and setup within a few days, with a warranty so I had peace of mind.
The product is awesome, all the family love it and any minor queries were answered fast by Pinball Heaven.
I would add, what I know now, the maintenance side is no way as difficult as I thought it would be, and be ready to want more pins. I am now already on my 2nd. I should have got one years ago, so much fun

Great service, fast turnaround, good prices, great communication.... everything you would want to keep your pinball machine running. Have used Pinball Heaven for many, many years for new pinball machine, spare parts and board repairs. Never had an issue and the service has always been excellent. Where I have had warranty issues with any of the parts supplied they have been replaced without question.

Bought an Addams Family pinball, came perfectly as promised. Teething troubles were addressed so effectively it started to get embarrassing - at some point they have to start charging for support!

Since then I've bought various parts, and consumables, while saving up for a second machine which I will certainly be buying from them.

Purchased a Godzilla Premium pinball machine from this company. The only place that had one left in stock - other companies gave a 6 month lead time. Small deposit required compared to full price. Phil kept machine for me for 2 weeks as could not take delivery until then. Delivered following week once we said we were ready. Great communication, put up with all my questions, easy to sort out payment methods and delivery. Machine is amazing. I won't be going anywhere else - bought some tools as well which arrived promptly.

It's a real shame this company doesn't seem to know about their profile here, because they could easily rack up a lot of great reviews. I've bought from them a few times and each time has been unbelievably good. They have always dispatched my items in amazing time, the stock that they have is teriffic and the customer service is lightning quick.

I made a mistake on my most recent order and so I messaged them at about 21:45 on a Sunday evening. By 08:20 the following day they had responded and also refunded my own error.

As I said in my email to them, they have no right to be as good as they are. Very highly recommended.
