You don’t get 3 rolls

The item I ordered said I was getting three rolls. I’d attach the photo here, but I don’t see a place to do that, and if you read the reviews, it seems others got duped into thinking they were getting more than one roll as well. (See Jodie and Lisbeth’s. “Mark, Watermelon and Lola”… and others…are all duplicate five star reviews)🤔 Anyhow, when I called them, they argued with me and said that that was not correct. I wasn’t supposed to receive more than one sheet. I asked who I actually purchased the item from, and never received an answer as it seems as though my order got sent to them from another vendor?…the one that advertised 3 rolls. After spending a total of close to$30, I received one rolled up sheet for that was barely enough to cover my gift. (I sent them a picture). I was told I would have to contact the company who shipped the product to me in order to get any type of resolution, as they have no control over that. Also, if I wanted to return the item, I would have to contact the shipping company! When I pressed them for answers, they became upset.
I’m sorry, but I had an awful experience with this company and that’s what these reviews are for. So just, “heads up”
so I can say something good, the paper was good quality! 👏🏻

We would like to express our gratitude for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback regarding your recent purchase. Your comments are greatly appreciated as we strive to continuously improve our products and services.

To provide a summary of your order, on July 5, 2023, you placed an order for a single piece of wrapping paper with dimensions of 24'x60'. The cost of the paper was $18.37, and you paid $6.60 for shipping, resulting in a total of $24.97. The paper was delivered to you via USPS shipping carrier on July 13, 2023.

It is regrettable to hear that you were not satisfied with the product and service you received. We would like to clarify that after receiving several unpleasant emails from you, wherein you insulted our workers and demanded a full refund, we offered you three potential solutions to resolve the issue at hand.

Firstly, we offered to send you another roll of paper free of charge. Secondly, we offered you a 60% discount on anything in our store. Finally, we offered to issue a full refund if you return the unused and undamaged paper to us.

Unfortunately, you declined all of our proposed solutions and opted to keep the paper. Furthermore, you contacted your bank and made false claims that we did not offer you a solution. As a company, we take our obligations seriously, and we aim to rectify any mistakes in production, printing, and delivery without incurring costs to the customer, including a full refund. However, we do not offer refunds to customers who claim to have purchased something they did not.

We highly value all of our customers and remain committed to providing exceptional service. However, disrespectful communication and insults towards our colleagues who were diligently working to assist you are unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Thank you once again for the opportunity to publicly address how we manage and value not only our customers but also our colleagues and business partners.
