Well, I assume the bag is nice. It looks beautiful, and people seem very happy with it. I was really excited for my purchase and planned to use it to backpack through Italy. More than month after it should have arrived, I contacted customer service. They said there had been a shipping problem (I was not informed of this) and they would send it in two weeks or I could have a refund. I want the backpack, not my money back, and I'm frustrated that I didn't receive any notification that it would be arriving late, or any compensation for the additional time it is taking. All I was offered as an empty apology and a promise that it would come in two weeks. That's almost 2 months now since the date it should have arrived. Terrible customer service.

Have not received my order & cannot find page where to email them.It was shipped to the UK on the 20th Sept & heard nothing since.Will never purchace another item from this company again.Lesson learned.Have read many of the reviews since my order placement only wish i had read them beforehand.Please stay clear of this site.

Not a good company to deal with as they do not reply or reply with a message that someone will get back to me but still no resolution......I ordered a couple of bags and the last one was a waist pouch and it came soaking wet in a plastic bag and smelled bad.....I sent them pictures and have kept sending them requests to refund me or send me a new one to replace this one but it's been months! Not impressed from this Hong Kong office.....all a scam for us in North America for sure!

My backpack took a long time to arrive which is fine. But the quanlity is very poor, with bad smelling.
Contacted the customer service with the pics and try to return it, they just ignored my request and told me to put lemon in the shoes! They did not even bother to know what did i buy?! They must deleted all the bad reviews from their website. Avoid this company!

SCAM : order placed a month and a half ago, money taken straight out of my account. After a few weeks I emailed customer service to get update on the shipping, just to be told in a dodgy English that "it's not been dispatched because of the delivery problem". They promessed to send it in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I emailed again just to get the exact same response! I will never get anything, they seem to just delete comments they don't like and not offer any solution or compensation to people who paid for the product. AVOID

Would give zero stars if I could. They took my money and did not send my order. Emailed them numerous times and they ignored me. Thieves and robbers no doubt. Avoid avoid avoid.

Scam, please don't anyone order from them. I have not recieved my order, they have blocked me on fb and they have not given me my money back. STAY AWAY

A bag I ordered on 8 September has just arrived so exactly within the promised timescale. It is a bit smaller than I expected but otherwise as advertised. Quality is what I would expect for the price. I haven't used it yet but the stitching seems secure so I am hopeful it will last for an acceptable length of time. Overall a satisfactory product and service.

I ordered a backpack on August 30 and I never got it! I need this backpack, my other one broke so. 😒

My order never arrived so i wrote to them. Got an email back in less than 24 hours saying "if id like to cancel the order they'll refund me or on my next purchase i can get a discount". I responded by asking if i could get a discount in the item I've been waiting for. Its been almost 3 days and no response.

I bought 2 backpack purses in December 2018, one for myself and one as a gift. Just now, the zipper broke off! Now that the zipper broke the compartment is completely open. Unacceptable.

Ordered my backpack on the 18th of August which is just over a month ago. Have not had any more updates and it says on the tracking that it is still waiting to be shipped. How long does it take? They told me it would be here in 7-20 working days!!! I'm in desperate need of this backpack as I need it for college but I have started college already and it is causing massive issues. Not impressed AT ALL!!

I have been searching for months for a should bag / backpack combo and struggled to find anything that wasn't really cheap and nasty. I saw a style that seemed ideal but couldn't find what I wanted in leather or any real quality. So I took a punt on the one from Pierrebuy, sure, it was cheap but I was hopeful. It arrived quickly so I guess there was that. It was a bit smaller than I had hoped but all in all it was a nice bag, not brilliant but it was cheap. I have been using it for over a week and the front pocket where I have been storing my phone, the stitching around the zip has come undone and the lining inside the pocket has developed a hole. I'm disappointed, the bag would be pretty good if it weren't for the fact that it has started falling apart already. Again, I know it was cheap, it would never have been my first choice but one always hopes thing will last longer than a week.

Worst company ever do not buy from them. 14 days from ordering a wallet and they told me there were shipping issues? Really, shipping issues? Thank God I paid through paypal. If I could give them a zero I would.

It's been over a month and a half and I still don't have the bag I ordered. I've emailed their help desk 2 times and haven't heard anything back. Very disappointing. When I track my package, it says its "awaiting shipping." I would not recommend this site and I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I’d give 0 if I could. Disgusting scam company. Took a few weeks for 1 bag to be shipped, I ordered 2. Where the fk is my 2nd bag!!!!!!!!! Should be taken down, scumbags robbing money.

Bought a messenger bag and finally received it about 2 months ago. I have been using it and now find that the handle is falling apart. I have written to customer service several times and they keep asking for photos and want a video. The deterioration is plainly evident in the photos I have sent.

So their response now is that they will send me $2.00 so I can take it in and get it fixed. I can't stop laughing at this offer. In the Chicago area do you think there is a leather place to fix this for $2.00?

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a bag and three weeks after it said it was still awaiting shipment. It took one very angry email to them for them to cancel the order since they had already ignored my other ones. Never ordering from them again.

Bad service Bad product Bad company..STAY AWAY..its a SCAM

I ordered a backpack from them over 1 month ago. It is still awaiting shipping. I have messaged them on Facebook. I have emailed them. All they have told me is "your item cannot be shipped due to the shipping problem" with ZERO answer to what the "shipping problem" is. I wanted this backpack for school. I'm now about to enter my 3rd week of the semester. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received.
