Awful Quality Bags due to Plastic Zips
I had no problems with purchase or delivery, it is the quality of the bag I bought that I have issues with. It was great to start with; roomy with lots of pockets, and comfortable to carry. However, the teeth and the fasteners of the zips are made of plastic, meaning very poor quality. It didn't take many weeks of use before the zips started getting stuck and teeth started falling off. I was able to repair it a couple of times but, when it got to the point where the bag was opening itself up while it was on my back and my possessions were on show, I knew it was time to get rid.
Buyer beware
Biyer beware! They never respond it when I email them and then I realised there is a different email address on PayPal for this company which is very suspicious. 1st email address service at dellbuychic.com they never responded. This email address was on PayPal service at pierrebuy.com. I ordered 2 flannel white tail shirts and they were both small. I always wear a large in these shirts fit like a medium. He didn't respond until I email that 2nd email address and threatened to contact PayPal. The seller wants to offer me 30 cents on the dollar for the refund. Not fair 😕
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
I wish I'd read the reviews first...I ordered a pair of pants, normally wear a L, ordered XL just in case, they are more like a M and cannot wear...when I emailed asked for return policy was told "We understand the inconvenience and harassment that get the unsuitable goods. If you want to return the goods, you need to ship it back to China and the freight should be paid by your side, maybe the postage is expensive to return. Please kindly consider it." This is the best they can do??? unacceptable, will never order online again....

I have to agree with everyone, this is the WORST site ever . I ordered 4 dresses all in medium and each piece was a different size made of the CHEAPEST material ever and none of them fit me... please do not use this site, I lost over a hundred dollars. I've never bought anything from this company and I don't want to. Somehow, I started getting e-mails from them and I can't make them go away. "Unsubscribe" doesn't seem to work; in fact, since I tried to unsubscribe, I've been getting even more e-mails from them.

Terrible material, not as shown on the Facebook page, obviously made with imitation materials to the photos. THE QUALITY OF THE ITEM IS NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURE AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The clothes are an entirely different material than marketed. Very thin and cheap. I ordered a jogger set and you can feel the sequins on the inside of the bottoms, horrible quality. They also sent a 2x bottom and Xl top. I cannot wear the 2x and I'm a size 16/18. Three outfits at 120.00 and I cannot wear them and the quality is horrible! I can only imagine how long this will take to sort out considering I just received this order over a month after ordering. I emailed them several times for a refund and still no luck!! I went online and I found their CUSTOMER TEAM HELP WHICH IS 8 four five ƒᵢᵥₑ ₜաₒ ₒₙₑ ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜwₒ fₒᵤᵣ FIVEreach out to the company on March 15, because I have got the WRONG shipment their customer service was awesome in getting my return information and amount back from this company .but their clothing is HORRIBLE!!!

Too bad I can’t enter zero. First clue: headless pictures. But I still went ahead and ordered 4 long sleeves tshirts. The very (somewhat) French name, Pierre, is the added smoke (Chinese company). They didn’t have two of my order so they just threw two spare ugly ones. But the two others were made of cheap synthetic fabric and were poorly executed knockoffs. Be aware that they have many website and just remember the headless pics.

I’m disappointed. I ordered a handbag and the one that arrived yesterday wasn’t the one I ordered. I’m never ordering from them again.
Poor quality item
Ordered a black velvet retro style (kaftan) dress. The picture showed silver embroidered brocade on the neckline and cuffs. There were also what looked like stones dotted over the dress. When it arrived they had sent blue and the neckline and cuffs were just printed velvet in a different colour. It’s not a kaftan style but more loose fit and only suitable for using as loungewear definitely not for wearing anywhere. Also the fabric is synthetic and not that good quality. I’d bought a bag from the previously which was fine so I assumed incorrectly clothes would be too. Sadly not the case. I’d advise anyone to avoid buying from them.

If there were a negative option, I would be choosing that. I ordered 2 jackets for gifts. Both were different sizes. Received the jackets were not what the photos indicated. But were the wrong size. As of today I have sent 9 emails requesting to return them. Pierrebuy requested I give them to someone else. They have requested I send photos to prove I have them. I have never had this many problems trying to return something. I will never purchase anything from this website.
liars and cheats
Bought from them, never again!! Just junk arrived after a month, 2 black whatevers, that did not even match ordered pictures... one was light grey and one was long and blue!!! Haselled with paypal for a refund for over a month which they finally told me after I'd gone on vacation for a month that I could send them back with in a week and I would get my refund!!! What a scam I couldn't do that had I wanted to cause I was in the next state to the crappy products, and I would/ve had to pay shipping and wait a month if any refund was to be credited back!! So ANGRY, will never by from China again!! This one Pearlgo Technology Co operates under many website names!!!

Like many others on this and other sites, I too have bought stuff from what appears to be this site. I responded to a social media advert, and ordered through "Miss Heyes".com. Fortunately, as with other online payments, I made use of what protection there is, and used Paypal in this case (my vibes were telling me to use a credit card - should have listened). I mention Miss Heyes as the website and email addresses on Paypal give Pierrebuy.com. Ironically, the payment went to Pearglo, and this was through the supplied Miss Heyes website. Talk about a maze.
My problem with Miss Heyes/Pearglo is current and I'm in the middle of trying to liaise with Paypal and the supplier. So, I'm going to keep coming back on here to give updates.
Like others, the goods ordered aren't what was received. The Miss Heyes website gives that any problems need to be brought up within 14 days of receipt, and if the goods aren't as what was ordered, that return shipping will be refunded. Sounds all good doesn't it.
I've obviously opened a case on Paypal, for me it is a step to provide a safety net (not too sure about that at the moment) - and this has been noticed by the supplier (who is also using an email address totally different to all that I've been supplied with, but hey, I'll go with the flow). They've asked me to drop the claim and a refund will be made.
They can dream. I've written and told them I don't have confidence in them refunding me, and have also told them that I've sought advice from Paypal on their request to close the claim, and why can't they refund me while the claim is open. They have advised me that they cannot refund while a claim is open on Paypal. If they are truthful enough, having an open claim should not be a hindrance to making a refund. If anything, it will show reliability. But we shall see.
Reading what others have put on here, I am now convinced that they have taken money from me without any care of what products they have sent. I feel fortunate that I did actually get my order.
If you don't mind, I will keep returning to this page and give updates. If there is anyway of getting refunds back to people, and finding the steps to recover that money, then maybe posting the different steps folk take might make it easier for future victims. Probably for us lot, the only recompense is reporting it and putting people aware of what's happened, and what's being tried.
I will also put posts on social media cautioning others not to respond to these horrible whatevers.

The most awful company I have ever used. Was sent faulty goods and they would not accept a return or give a refund. Covid has a better reputation.
SCAM ALERT!! STAY AWAY!!!
It is a total scam website. I ordered an item and after waiting for 3 months I sent a query and they replied after a week and provided emergency shipment confirmation. I got the package delivered after 4.5 months of my order date and they delivered the wrong item.
I again sent a query about the wrong item delivered and instead of apologizing and sending me the item I ordered, they told that they can only make 20% refund and I can keep the wrong item. I will never buy nor suggest to buy from them.
Also, all of the items on their web are avaible on Aliexpress for half of the price. SATY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
China Scam!!!
I purchased 4 pairs of shoes after three months of waiting they arrived from a false re-shipper out of Chino California. I have been fighting with them and now PayPal refuses to stand behind the customer protection even though I have sent pictures that were more like puzzles as they came in pieces and they Pierre and PayPal want me to pay to ship them to Cina for me to get a refund on them when the shipping label clearly states CA. Here is the last communication I sent to PayPal
I have been trying to work that out where they can have the shoes back but I refuse to pay to ship them back as they misrepresented the show and the quality of the shoe, this is not an issue of I just do not like them. The pictures I have provided and the abundance of the same issue that is posted on Trustpiolet.com that PayPal had to have been involved in as your name is mentioned often that I provided is a redundancy of the same issue. Another issue that I failed to mention is that they use a re-shipper. The way that works is they wait until they have enough orders to fill a pallet or a shipping container, that comes into the US and is inspected as one then the re-shipper ships the product from a US point, in this case by the sticker it went from Atlanta (ATL) to Orlando MCO those are the airport codes.
So if the return address is a domestic location why do I have to pay for them to go to China?? The address belongs to US – Elogistics 13725 Pipeline Ave Chino CA 91710
They have pages full of scams from China-based companies!! The tracking number on the package is: 92612927005390000016680875 this is a domestic tracking number not an international. So is PayPal going to be supporting China-based companies that use a shell game to covertly hide their fraudulent activities, I am sure the purchasing public would like to know before making the decision to use your financial services to make purchases!
As for reshipping companies like the above mentioned here is an article from Google: Reshipping companies, which accept a package on the customer's behalf and then forward the parcel to its final destination, play a central role in enabling cross-border eCommerce……While it's true that fraudsters use reshippers to try and cover their tracks, many legitimate customers also rely on these services. Please take note about the fraud issue. The other issue that I failed to point out is The issue that I have is how do I know that all the information I have sent is being seen by the person that is in the decision-making process?
