Don's use this company

I place an order early December for 3 items, paid for in full for $65. I received one item in mid January which is admittedly good. I sent numerous emails, terrible customer service. They said they could not supply for some time so would help me to refund. I have no refund and now they will not answer any emails so I have lost $40. I wish I had checked for reviews also... don't use them. They sell the same bags and purses on Amazon!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. It's now 2-27-20 - The charges were deducted on 2-13-20. I just checked PierreBuys website and they still have not shipped.

Horrible customer service possible SCAM

Omg I’m so scared now. My friend turned me onto this website. I thought it was legit. I ordered a bag a long time ago. I’ve sent numerous emails on my order and I haven’t received an answer. I’m kicking myself for even ordering something now. So scared that is a SCAM. I don’t have much.
and to get screwed over with what I do have would kill me. Please don’t put yourself through this .... other ways of getting a great bag or any other accessory.

I bought a pair of Mens Hand Stitching Leather Non Slip Large Size Boots with Zipper from PIERREBUY for $45.00. After a month the zipper broke. They refused to nreplace the boot nor give me a refund. Their sarcastic response is as follows: So sorry to hear that. We noticed you have had the order for more than month .
It is difficult for us to follow up. Hope for your kind understanding.
.I wrote back and told them in the USA we expect our boots to last a little while. They did not respond. I had to file a dispute with Paypal.

A scam? No purse, no response from them.

Aa scam? I ordered a purse almost a month ago. No shipping notice , nada! I have emailed twice. No response. As with all the reviews I read, when clicking on tracking icon, it gies to "error". Now it is also doing that when I click on "shop now". Wondering if they have gone out of business. Wish I had the reviews before ordering .
They need to be reported!

Really unhappy with the service

Really unhappy with the service. Firstly they sent the wrong colour bag and then ‘couldn’t change it’ and could only offer a discount code towards the right colour. Then the strap broke. I emailed them 3 times over the space of two months before messaging them on Facebook. They said they could only help if the bag was broken when it arrived and all they could do was offer another discount code. I replied but they blocked me! They also sent the Facebook response to my email and my email response back to them bounced saying their servers weren’t accepting my message, so I can only assume they blocked me on there too!

Worst company ever!

I purchased a pair of shoes on November 11 2019 and have not received them. I reached out to Pierrebuy multiple times and still no response as of iJanuary 2020 and they will not contact me back or acknowledge my emails. Do not do business with this company! SCAMMERS!

I placed an order 2 months ago

I placed an order 2 months ago for a Christmas present for my mother, when I contacted their customer service after two weeks of their tracking page not working I was told the item wasn't in stock. I chose to wait for it to be in stock and they assured me it would ship as soon as possible. Then another month went by. This is the worst company I've ever done business with, they made no attempt to inform me the item was out of stock and have been extremely difficult to get into contact with

No updates or information about my order for weeks on end.

My mom saw good reviews and was instantly tempted. I used my card, and they processed my payment instantly. When given tracking information, it gives an error page. Thinking it was probably an error and would be fixed soon, I shrugged it off. It has been 3 weeks now. I went ahead and checked my order, and the item listed on the shop was no longer available. The tracking information was still down. They said they would send an email when it ships, and they still haven’t. They only sent emails promoting their items. I’m highly disappointed and wished I read reviews before deciding to purchase a bag from a small company. I am thinking they deleted the various bad reviews on their website. I accepted the idea I have been scammed.

Horrible Customer Service!!

I purchased a purse and when it arrived I loved it. It was exactly what I wanted. Only problem, it was missing zippers!! The pockets were zipped closed, but there was no zipper “handle” to open and close the pockets. I took pictures and sent a message to them, requesting an exchange. I REALLY liked this purse! They responded by asking me to send a video so that they could better see what was wrong. I did that. Over a week went by and I heard nothing, so I contacted them again. The response was that they would refund me 20% of the cost and I could keep the bag. I told them I can’t use it as is and that I would like to exchange it. They then said they would give me 10% off on a new bag if I wanted to reorder. They wanted me to keep the defective purse and PAY for a new one!! I asked them again if I could simply send it back and get a non-defective one. They responded by simply saying they were refunding my money. What a joke!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

THE worst shopping experience ... ever

I wanted to re-share my experience, as I delete my previous account with TrustPilot due to change of email address, so all my reviews are gone.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company, I've had the absolute worst shopping experience ever with them.
It's fair to say I will never be ordering from them again, after a total lack of any customer service skills shown, lack of timely response to email queries, no telephone number to speak to someone, a ridiculous return policy and totally wasting my time with replies to my emails that have nothing to do with what I asked.
They eventually refunded me 30 percent off the order, which didn't even start to compensate me appropriately for the hassle suffered.
I wish I had checked the reviews first on here before ordering, and hope this will help other interested parties make their mind up before risking it ...

This Chinese company is now text…

This Chinese company is now text spamming random phone numbers (mine) with links to their site. After reading these reviews which I decided to check out first, I don't dare even think about clicking on their link. In fact, I blocked their numbers(s) as they hit my phone twice now from two separate numbers of their own. I hope for those of you who have purchased, that this is a secure site.

Shoes bad quality and company policy is ridiculous

Bought a pair of winter shoes that were advertised on insta for 39€.
Please read the shipping info, it takes up to a month until you get your order. Tracking is not working properly, you have to find the delivery company yourself, because the link doesn't work.
Shoes look good but according to the price. Manufactured in China and it is noticeable. Shoes smell really bad of chemicals.
They fit alright, could have more space for the toes. Sole is really bad. No profile, not foot friendly. No shock absorbtion. Recommend to put in a good inlay sole.
They are warm though.
The refund policy is a joke. With players like Amazon and Zalando in the game to have to pay for the retour is ridiculous. Will keep the shoes for this winter, but will never order again. Just spend some more money on a decent pair of shoes with decent refund and shipping policy!

I bought a pair of shoes was advertised for $40 I thought it was Australian dollars .But at the end of the payment it appeared o $us $60 odd $aus . Still I bought it was not as advertised and much bigger size than what I ordered. And I have send them several e mails but no response. This people are really scammers .Please don't bye anything form this thugs
