I Love Piercing Mania! I have now made three orders and about to make a fourth…all in a very short space of time. The product range is amazing as is the quality and to make it even better the customer service is impeccable. I can honestly say that I will be a loyal and retailer customer.

Just had to write a short review. I had a nose piercing done around 6 months ago. It would not heal at all. Always red and swolen. I was trying everything and it wouldn't heal. I came across piercing mania sea salt and tea tree spray. It was my last resort before taking my nose ring out. Omg this stuff is amazing. After 2 days it has completely healed. I'm so happy with this product and will definitely be buying more. So cheap too, just a few pounds. Brilliant stuff for an infected piercing.

I ordered on Friday the 10th of June, it was late at night too. By Saturday the items where dispatched. I emailed them too just to ask if my belly bars could be delivered before Saturday the 18th of June, which they came on the 15th! The quality of the belly bars a good, I would highly recommend. Also, the customer service team get back to you quickly with lengthy responses.

Definitely don’t recommend.

Our returns sent to our warehouse in Slough are forwarded to our main warehouse so that they can be processed. This usually takes up to 3 weeks, but in exceptional circumstances, this can take up to 4 weeks.
The worst service ever!

I ordered a couple of bars but the wrong length had been sent by mistake. I contacted them and Jonatan sorted the issue really quickly and sent out the correct size.

Quality of belly bar extremely poor quality. Every bar I’ve bought has broken or the ball has snapped off. I would not buy from here again.

My initial purchase got lost in the post somehow which was not their fault and when I contacted their customer service, Ronavie was especially kind and helpful in trying to figure out what went wrong and sent me a replacement which I received within a very short period of time! The jewelry is beautiful and I will most likely purchase again!!

Great products and amazing fast service. Well packaged, loyalty points and 10% discount card was a nice touch too. I have already placed my 2nd order. This is a company that knows how to value its customer base!

Fantastic products and service. My original order got lost in the post somehow (not their fault) and when I said that it hadn't arrived, Piercing Mania customer support was very apologetic and immediately sent out a replacement, which I received in less than two days. The actual piercing jewellery is beautiful and very well packaged / sealed. Will be buying again.

I had my nose pierced that wasn’t healing , 6 weeks after I developed a bubble next to the hole and infection, sore and painful, I was so desperate to save the piercing but was at the last straw because the pain was becoming a nuisance and people were starting to comment on the appearance! . After only 3 days of applying the “PIERCING HEALING KIT” products morning and over night , it completely cleared all infection and bubble gone!!! I actually can’t believe it was practically instant results with pain relief too!! Don’t give up on your piercing , because this product is worth every penny and 100% works!!! would recommend to anyone now!!

My order got lost my postal services. Royal Mail said it was delivered but we couldn’t find the item anywhere and we were home at the time. The company was amazing dealing with it, they offered to send me another one straight away. Even though this was no fault of the company they still helped me out. Their customer service is brilliant, and I have no complaints and will definitely order with them again.
