A éviter absolument, To avoid !
Faites très attention en cas de problème, ils ne répondent pas aux emails, ni au téléphone.
J'ai effectué une commande: en ouvrant le carton j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de voir une pièce de mauvaise qualité remplaçant la pièce de marque que j'avais commandé et depuis impossible de les joindre....
J'ai pu trouver la mauvaise référence sur l'acquittement de commande envoyé par mail, par contre sur le site web, j'ai bien la bonne référence avec la bonne marque.....

- Après 2 semaines, j'ai reçu une réponse comme quoi la pièce que j'avais commandée étant sous disant non compatible... J'ai évidemment répondu que çà ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai commandé et que c'est une erreur de leur part.
- Suite avec un autre interlocuteur, vous n'avez pas souscrit à la garantie de retour de pièces, c'est à votre charge. J'ai répondu qu'ils ont effectué l'erreur et que je n'ai pas à payer pour leur erreur.
- Suite 2, la meilleure: vous avez commandé cette pièce et il n'y a pas d'erreur. Bien évidemment, je me suis fait un plaisir de lui faire une capture d'écran de ma commande avec la référence que j'avais commandée. Escrocs !
BE EXTRA CAREFUL, NO ANSWER TO EMAIL OR TO PHONE !!!
I bought few parts, and they replaced a genuine part from a well known brand with a cheap and very bad quality part. I am fighting for days to contact them, but no answer... What is not so funny, there is the genuine part reference on the website, but they change it when they sent the invoice...
[Update]
- After 2 weeks, they answer me that the part that I took what not compatible. I answered, this is the part with ref. X that I bought not something else and that I want the part with the ref. X and not there stuff.
- Next, another guy answered and told me that I did not subscribe to the warranty to return freely parts and this is for me. Of course, I answered this is a mistake on their part and I don't have to pay for them.
- Next, the best one, the same guy told me there is no issue and this what I ordered. I was really upset and sent the full screenshot containing the reference I ordered, but no answer.... Crooks !
