The experience was "all to easy"! It was easy to understand and place my order. Once placed, I received 1 question about my order, "to make sure that I would get what I expected". I confirmed the details and within a short wait period, received the end product. It was perfect!

I had a couple of questions in the customer service. People were very quickly responsive. I really appreciate the sample option with my own photograph.

Order was accepted and delivered on-time. The only problem was, probably, my order. I asked to varnish the picture hoping it will look better. It did not happen. I guess not covering it with anything semi-glossy would be better choice. But I repeat it was my misunderstanding how the result will look like. It would be useful to get professional input from company before fulfilling the order. But it is what it is.
