The mug design tool was easy to use
The mug design tool was easy to use, the only problem I had was it crashed and I lost my first design, however I had swapped text colour numerous times trying to decide.
Like the plain packaging but would like the option to add photo to the box.
Quality of mug and print great. Would of liked an e-mail to say they were despatched.
Overall very pleased.

NO RESPONSE
Emailed, messaged on facebook and instagram and no response. Was also charged twice, had to contact paypal for a refund of one of them. Order said it hadn't gone through so didn't expect to be charged. Now i go on to my orders and it has said processing for the past week. I would either like a refund or my actual order please!

Not so great on the customer service
Not so great on the customer service. I received the wrong size print. Emailed customer service, got zero response. I am now out of pocket finding another printer to print the correct size. It was for a customer of mine, so they have been waiting too. Have ordered many, many prints, but won't be ordering again. I have found a new supplier.

Exceptional customer service
I am extremely impressed with the customer service from Picsme. I ordered a book and was experiencing trouble getting it delivered. Customer service gave very fast replies and were so helpful and patient even after we realised the delivery issues were my fault because I put the address in wrong. The book itself is exactly how I wanted it and very high quality but most of all I want to emphasise the high quality of assistance. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! They printed an order wrong and I emailed them, to which they replied that they would get a new one printed for me asap. Two weeks go by and I still haven't received my new photo book. I have contacted customer support again twice, one time I didn't get a reply and the other time I received a reply saying that they would update me asap but it's been 5 days and still no reply... I have proof on my emails. Terrible!

Courtney is customer service is amazing, knows how to create a returning customer. Had an issue with my order delivery date, due to a misunderstanding on my part. However Courtney sorted this out for me and got my photobook to me within two days later, which was even sooner than what I needed it for.

Amazing quality, service and price!
I decided to get my wedding pictures printed in to an album and used Picsme after seeing someone post a video about it on TikTok. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting it to be anything super fancy or high quality as the pricing was extremely affordable. I spent a couple of days navigating through the website and creating my own custom album using the ‘White Collection’ template hardback book. I loved how easy it was to use the features and how personal the album could be made. The shipping was super quick and when my album arrived I was so so surprised. I am so pleased with the quality of the album, how the full album turned out and I now have all my favourite memories from my wedding in one place for such an affordable price. 1000000% recommend and will be using this for literally every and any occasion!

Great book and prices
