I ordered a canvas as a Christmas present and I came quickly. When the gift was opened it was slightly overexposed, so I email photobox and explained the situation and they reprinted and shipped the canvas free of charge. It arrived in 2 days and it was perfect! I was thrilled to find a quality product made in Canada for a good price, I would totally recommend photobox.ca
I continue to be delighted by the quality of the product from Photobox. A large canvass, prints and now photo books have all been high in quality and easily composed and ordered. The turn around time is very fast. I have no reservations in recommending Photobox.

There are some technical issues that could be fixed to make it easier to renew a previously bought product, like calendar birthdays. Other than that, there is little to complain about. They have a great variety of products and always have sales that I love! My favourite yearly order is the photo diary calendars that can be personalized with comments, etc...
The service is very fast and the quality is excellent. Photos come in a nice plastic box so they do not get damaged in the mail.
Product is great however, I bought a credit and due to events happening in my life, missed the deadline to use it. $50 wasted. I don't like the fact that the promo offer has such a short timeline. Very unfair.
Having paid $50 for nothing, I won't be using photobox again.

We decided to try Photobox to develop our prints. The process went very smooth. It was easy to upload the pictures. The development of the pictures looked good and the prompt shipment of the pictures to our home made for a very satisfied customer and we will order again.
