Electrolux: The Ultimate Masterclass in Customer Disappointment

A brand that will make you feel the experience of paying to be disappointed to your very core.

Electrolux sold me a dishwasher with a broken salt reservoir. I received the product on September 7, 2024, and I still can't use it. Due to the delayed installation by the service, I lost my right to return it. I requested a product replacement, but they refused -after months.

I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, but months have passed without any resolution. When they found out that I had taken the case to court, they completely froze the process, saying, "In that case, we won’t do anything."

In the end, I gave up and said, "Just replace the part, I’ll drop the lawsuit." But it was pointless! They have done absolutely nothing for months. This process is the perfect summary of dealing with a brand that ignores consumers and refuses to take responsibility.

When you hear Electrolux, think of:
- 0 out of 10 customer satisfaction
- A complete after-sales support disaster
- Horrible customer service
- Mastering the art of stalling instead of solving problems

Providing such terrible service in 2025 is truly an achievement! If you shop from Electrolux, believe me, your life will change—just not in the way you'd hope!
