Just saw Matt at Chalfont

Just saw Matt at Chalfont, very very helpful, charming, and speedy. Lost access to my phone but he got access into it again!!! Always coming here!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Great Service Shepperton store

Unfortunately broke my screen, phone was totally un-usable. I took it in to phone surgery in Shepperton and Alex was a life saver, he ordered the correct part and I had my phone back working the next morning.
Great service, cannot recommend enough.....
If you've got an issue with your phone... go see Alex!

Incredible time

I took my laptop into the Thatcham…

I took my laptop into the Thatcham branch and was served by Matt. Service was friendly, professional and prompt. The laptop was ready for collection within 48 hours and is working perfectly.
Fully recommend this shop.

Prompt excellent service

I dropped my phone in water & needed a replacement as well as getting data recovered from the damaged phone.
Matt in the Thatcham branch diagnosed that the screen was damaged, recommended a choice of 3 replacemdnt models explaining the benefits of each one & transferred data from the old one to new one after ordering a new screen within 24 hours of my initial visit. Matt was very helpful & I would recommend using the Thatcham branch.
