My pension has performed better than expected

Despite the fact that the original modus operandi was not how the documentation was delivered, the speed of the final process was impressive. So overall I am very satisfied.

I called regarding my pension and asked to send me an update on my pension.
They said it could take about 7/10 working days but still not received anything so l called again they said there was a bit of a back log but till waiting for information this should be sorted l should not have to wait I’m a customer who as paid into this pension.

Apart from the initial waiting time on the phone the whole experience was pretty straightforward due to excellent Phoenix staff knowledgeable and prepared to listen

Had a great lady who explained everything to me ,very polite and patient. Made it very easy for me to understand .many thanks

My question about changing my home address was sorted quickly and the minimum of fuss, exactly as it should be, well done.

Trying to get hold of Customer Service. I have been waiting on the phone for 40 minutes already.

The Phoenix Life Independent Governance Committee (IGC) targets answering roughly 75% of calls within 20 seconds during peak operational window - WHAT A JOKE!

I have spoken to a member of staff at youre office ,regarding my enquiry as to his my beneficiary on my pension should I pass away.
I was promised I would have correspondance reference this matter in the post.
I still havent had a follow up letter regarding this matter .

Trying to access my account and cash in some of policy was ridiculous and complicated. Made no sense that I had to change my policy yet again to different company ( standard life) when you are all part of the same group ?

they RE USUELESS I HAVE REQUESTED WITHDRAWL OF 25K FROM MYT PENSION THREE SEPRATE OCCAASSIONS AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING!
