Service was incredible, Joe who was my sales rep was fantastic. Really thoughtful, got to fully understand me and my situation and made the process personal and effecient. Not your normal car salesman. There is a feeling that the team strive for great service over producing sales. At no point did I feel like a number on a spreadsheet. No pressure and honesty from the get go.

If you buy a “trade car” (part exchange) you’re not given much time of day and are more of a 2nd class citizen. £300 paid on top of car price for a service and 3 month warranty: the service was just an oil change without any check-list specified. Was told service book was absent, but it was sitting in glove compartment, so no stamp (proof of service done). I was then told it wasn’t a service, it was a PDI, which should be FREE and the dealers’ responsibility. One of the indicators didn’t even have a light bulb in it!! How’s that even possible?!? and Air-con not working: What PDI “service” did i pay for then? As for 3 months National warranty I paid for in the £300, I’m still waiting for the docs confirming it; I have nothing!! Basically I paid £300 for an oil change and a filter, IF that was actually done. Emailed via website and got no reply...unfortunately it seems one of those cases when someone has your cash, you’re on your own. Get your car and anything else on top, don’t bother.

I have just bought an extremely good example Jaguar F Pace v6d Portfolio.
I found the car through AutoTrader & dealt with Neil B through out the whole part exchange/buying process. Despite all the Covid19 restrictions it was a really straight forward & easy transaction done in a very friendly way which made the whole thing so very uncomplicated. The car was in extremely good condition & the cheapest for year/mileage, Neil also offered me the best price for my part exchange Mercedes Coup which was an added bonus.
All in all a really great second hand car dealership with a very efficient friendly sales exec.
