Viewed a car tried to negotiate a price, told a price , went away to think about it , decided I was happy with the offer , went back , price now changed and would not budge, just to advise other people, imagine if you buy from them and there’s a problem with a car , from my experience I don’t think they would help

Just bought a BMW 3 series from Phoenix Car Centre which I am very happy with. I dealt with mainly with Harry who was very pleasant and professional. He originally organised for me to test drive their 4 series, but while I was there I was also interested in their 3 series, so he kindly got that for me to also have a test drive straight after. I was left to take my time on both cars to look over and play around with and also test drive, he also answered any questions I had. I got a fair price for my trade in and the turn around for collection once we had agreed on prices was fast. Only small gripe I'd say is they all seemed rushed to deal with people, this was due to it being a popular place to get a car as they had walk ins to deal with, this is because they have a super selection of cars to choose from.

Over all I'd highly recommend, and I'd be happy to visit again in the future.

Just bought a Range Rover Evoque, the guys here are excellent, shout out to Harry and Austin. Was given plenty of time to look round the vehicle and test drive on my own. The car deeded a couple of things sorting which were done and picked up the following weekend. Great service and highly recommend.

I purchased a bmw from phoenix and from start to sale great communication and service and quick response to any questions asked , I dealt with dalton directly and he was great, even on his day off answering questions I was asking, I would highly recommend, they offer a lovely selection of high quality cars !

I'd seen a car on the website that I liked so after checking it was available I drove the hour to see it. The car had been freshly washed when I arrived. I appreciated that the salesman made me and my family drinks and was happy to leave us the key and have a good look round it, he then offered us a road test without any time pressures. I bought the car without any issues and it has been perfect ever since.

Austin was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to buy and collect the car I bought from Phoenix Car Centre within a week. The team dealt with the identified snags without any quibble and the price and part-ex offers were both completely fair (and better than I expected). There was a slight difficulty with the finance on my previous car, but they assured me this was related to the finance company - which did turn out to be the case. I am delighted with the car I bought and would definitely recommend and use them again.

I would 100% recommend. I got in touch with phoenix car centre after I was unfortunately without a car. I Was greeted by Graham. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me on what car would work for me and my lifestyle and was very honest with cars that would/ wouldn’t work for me. He arranged for a car to be dropped off to me to test drive. (Which I think is above and beyond) that in itself is was a massive positive for me. I absolutely love the car I bought from phoenix. Great company, great staff! Thanks Graham.

Went and bought a vehicle and had absolutely no issues, Harry was very helpful with everything, looked into any queries i always came back with help. Great Customer Service from start to finish. Visited the site as we had seen a car we liked. No pressured sales pitch, relaxed and left to view and test drive, and review all paperwork. Easy negotiation on part exchange and all terms agreed there and then. Great help and support swapping private plates, nothing appeared to much trouble. Easy transfer of vehicles and collection very smooth. Would definitely recommend for hassle free car sales.

Bought my car from Phoenix Cars a few months back and honestly couldn’t be happier! I dealt with Dalton, who was super honest and really knew his stuff. Had a couple of little issues since, but they were sorted really quickly.

You can tell they only sell good quality, well looked after cars. From start to finish (and even after I drove off), Dalton’s been fab. Would 100% buy from Phoenix Cars again – highly recommend!
