Phlo clinic are a great company

Phlo clinic are a great company. The support is there if you need it. Ordering is easy & delivery is quick. Only had one issue with my last delivery, but was nothing to do with Phlo clinic, it was Royal Mail !! Box was extremely wet when I picked it up from delivery office, all was ok though as the inner packaging had kept my jab safe & dry. Messaged the clinic & was assured all would be ok. Would highly recommend.

Best move I have ever done using Phlo…

Best move I have ever done using Phlo clinic, I started my journey on the 16th April 2026 I have now lost 5 stone 2lb ( as of the 13th October) speedy delivery and no hassle company, use these guys and you won’t be disappointed

Easy experience

I appreciate the quick and easy price matching process. I saved £25 on my order. It was also straightforward to reorder and a quick delivery. I'm a happy repeat customer.

Poor communication when I wanted to…

Poor communication when I wanted to change from one weight loss med to another. I ended up buying some thing that was to lowca dose which I can't send back. Everything is ok with phlo when you don't need the support.
Still waiting for a response to see if they will price match Foundayo 🤷

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service.
I've received two deliveries in sopping wet, damaged packaging and despite emailing and sending photographs, I still haven't received a response other than to acknowledge the emails.

Excellent service and communication. The videos showing you how to use the injection pens are clear and helpful. Well done service. Tech solutions for ordering and verifying you are seamless. I would highly recommend.

I have found the phlo clinic have been great to deal with. alway there when you need advice. And really fast when delivering my medication . All at a really competitive price would definitely recommend.
