Great service and reliable

I can still order on line but I’m in the elderly bracket now so I’m much slower !! in imputing . My daughter helps me when she can . Your message has reminded me to reorder product & increase dose as weight static . Much prefer ordering from Phlo clinic than the previous company I used

The ordering process was easy follow and after medical checks the item was delivered quickly and safely.

The medication turned up not chilled Royal mail supposed to deliver Sunday didn't arrive till late Monday evening has made me very dubious about using it why don't you do same day delivery it costs enough im really not happy

I'm reserving judgement but the communication from the time of placing the order through to delivery was poor with no confirmation of order, no order status details and communication only just before delivery.
Telephone calls weren't particularly helpful and somewhat dismissive.
So far my experience with Phlo leaves something to be desired but we'll see where we go from here.

My experience with phlo is excellent, they always are there no matter what the issue, I keep going up and down with my weight and they have always been supportive ive not taken the dietary help but am going to very happy and have recommended 😊,also it's very easy to order the service is good and delivery 😊

I've received numerous emails from this company, and although I was working with other companies, I was tempted to try The Pho Clinic. Unfortunately, I made a significant mistake. The company seems to offer a dosage that is not appropriate for my body, providing a very low dose that remains unchanged for an extended period, despite not yielding positive results. When I reached out to the pharmacy team for assistance, they suggested that my lack of success was due to my eating habits or that my body had adjusted to the medication. Additionally, when I expressed my frustration about spending a considerable amount of money without seeing results, they offered me cheaper alternatives. I tried these options for two months, yet I didn't lose a single kilogram. I'm very disappointed.

I've been using Phlo since Aug 2025, and their support, service and professionalism is superb. Their patient support team are fast and responsive, and they are not at all pushy. It's a journey, weight loss, and it's so lovely to have the team in your corner supporting you every step of the way. Highly recommended.

It wasn't the company, it was that the tablet form was not for me, I only lost 3lb in one month, I could go to slimming world and loss more than that and it would be alot cheaper
