Excellent Customer Service
After realizing we hadn't received our parcel, we contacted customer support. Kelly Duffy helped us check the tracking and informed us that the package had unfortunately been returned as undelivered. She handled the situation flawlessly, resolving the issue as quickly as possible and arranging for the items to be re-sent via a next-day delivery service. Truly excellent customer service!

I tried to order chemicals online, but the order was restricted despite the fact that all of my required forms and documentation are already held on file.
I also specifically requested that the delivery be delayed, only to find that it was delivered the very next day. I’m not sure why the option to delay delivery is offered if it isn’t actually going to be followed.
Finally, charging a flat £30 delivery fee for chemicals seems particularly unreasonable when spending several hundred pounds on an order. The delivery charge should surely reflect the size and value of the order rather than being a blanket fee.
Overall, the ordering and delivery process could be much more straightforward.

Super fast dispatch and delivery…
Super fast dispatch and delivery however boxes came very damaged (the side is split open). Which is not the companies fault however they may need to have a word with their courier. Otherwise the customer service was really helpful.

I believe Philip Harris must be a very reputable company. I was very pleased with my weighing scales but disappointed with the size of the weighing dish. Philip Harris listened to my concerns and have given me a discount, which I believe is very fair. I would definitely buy from them in the future
