We used Carl & his team to build our extension for an open plan kitchen/living space. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the team and how they just got on with it even in the bad weather. They were punctual, polite & cleaned up after themselves every day.
Having Carl project manage the build and coordinate all the different tradesmen made the process less painful for us.
We are delighted with the result of our build and would 100% recommend Carl and his team to anyone else looking for a builder :-)

We have used PH & C Easter Ltd on two large kitchen extensions and can't fault their workmanship in any way. Not only is their work fantastic quality but communication is great throughout the project given their specialist knowledge from project planing to building regulations and delivery. They are also a really great bunch of guys and it's a pleasure to have them on site. Would 100% recommend!

Carl and his team (P H & C Easter) built a stunning kitchen extension to our house this year. All the team were, polite courteous, punctual, tidy and very professional at all times, giving sound advice and delivering a first class job from start to finish.

Easters have just completed a garage conversion and extension to a very high standard. The project was implemented under very difficult circumstances. The first barrier was that the Covid lockdown started immediately before the day on which the men were due to start. Apart from the problems of social distancing the shortage of critical building materials quickly became apparent.

The second issue was that we live in a conservation area and one of the conditions of the award of planning consent was that we "would not be able to see the join" on completion!

Now that the work is complete even the most critical of the locals have remarked that they cannot see where the original structure ended. In fact memories of what the house originally looked like have greatly dimmed.

The team worked to a very high standard of workmanship, housekeeping and customer relations. They dealt with unexpected problems in a cool and professional manner. One such was when an unknown and damaged land drain was uncovered and the excavation for the footings completely flooded just as the building inspector made an unannounced visit. He left with a smile on his face.

We selected Easters following a recommendation from former customer. We will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

We have used PHCEASTERBUILDERS on numerous occasions, and have never been disappointed with the end result. They are friendly, open, reliable, tidy ( which can often a rarity with builders who take on large extension projects ) They are flexible, certainly competitive with their costs, which compared to the quality of the work is often a surprise and extremely supportive if you need any advice with design or changes midway through a project. The team of guys they have is extensive, and they are all highly skilled with a lot of attention to detail. Complete house build, extensions or internal conversions, do not consider anyone else, these guys are first class, and we would never consider anybody else. If the timescale seems a little far off, they are worth waiting for. Top Class.
