Been ordering Mountjaro for 8 weeks with no issues, tried ordering next dose and suddenly cannot supply me anymore due to medical history, the email i received from this company was a joke, stating i had medical history of IBS and Diverticulitis which is not true, never have i been diagnosed with either, i was once tested due to a bout of stomach pain, never diagnosed and never suffered since.
How have you supplied me for 8 weeks and NOW telling me you cannot supply me? After spending nearly £400 so far on treatment, i want a refund for the money i have wasted starting my mountjaro journey to now be told cannot supply me anymore and also claiming false facts, absolute cow boys!!!! 8 weeks of supplying me to suddenly cannot supply me, hmmmmmm says it all about the professionalism of this company clearly!!!! I have looked into this matter personally and discussed your order with our pharmacy team. The cream you purchased is a topical treatment for genital warts, and it is formulated to work by directly targeting the wart tissue over a course of treatment. However, I understand that in your case, you had previously had cryotherapy (freezing and suction), which had cleared the warts entirely at that time.
It is important to note that each patient reacts differently to different types of treatment, and while cryotherapy is a clinical procedure carried out in person, topical treatments are designed for a different treatment pathway and may not always achieve the same outcome for every individual, particularly with recurring or more persistent warts.
As the warts have returned and appear larger, I would strongly recommend you speak with your GP or a specialist, as they are best placed to examine you in person and advise on the most suitable next steps, which may include a return to cryotherapy or another clinical procedure.

I had been a Pharmica customer for over…
I had been a Pharmica customer for over a year and spent more than £1,000 on Mounjaro treatment through them. Without any previous concerns being raised, my latest order was suddenly cancelled after they said they had reviewed my NHS records and found a history of gastritis.
What I find most disappointing is that Pharmica now says this medical history means I should not receive treatment through their service, yet they had prescribed the medication to me for over a year. When I asked them to explain why I had been prescribed for so long if my medical history made me unsuitable, they failed to answer the question.
Their complaint response focused on why they would no longer prescribe, rather than addressing the key issue I raised. I sent a follow-up email asking specific questions about what information they had, when they became aware of my medical history, and why they continued prescribing if I was ineligible. That email was ignored.
I’m not criticising them for putting patient safety first if prescribing guidance has changed. My disappointment is with the lack of transparency, the failure to answer legitimate questions, and the poor handling of my complaint after I had been a loyal customer for a considerable period.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pharmica’s customer service or complaints process.

Since posting my original review, my complaint was escalated to a senior member of the clinical team, who telephoned me to apologise personally.
During that call, Pharmica admitted that my order was cancelled in error. They explained that there had been an oversight when reviewing my medical records after introducing a new process. Although my previous gastritis diagnosis initially appeared as active, they overlooked the fact that my H. pylori treatment had been completed and the condition had been resolved.
The representative confirmed that:
• The cancellation should never have happened.
• I was eligible for treatment based on my medical history.
• I had always provided accurate and truthful medical information.
• The mistake was entirely due to an oversight during their review process, and they apologised unreservedly.
While I appreciate the honesty and apology from the senior clinician, this does not change the fact that my treatment was wrongly stopped, I was incorrectly told I was no longer eligible, and I had to go through the stress and inconvenience of making a formal complaint before the error was acknowledged.
I believe it’s only fair that potential customers know that this mistake occurred and that it was only corrected after escalation and no offer of compensation of any form.
