They never delivered my order and did not refund my money.
They sent a fake package with no shipping label resulting confiscated by the local courier.

Excellent service. I left it a few days after the black friday sale, so ordered the following Monday and received Thurday morning.

Extremely upset by the email response following not getting my order! DPD are terrible and I had no options with the delivery currier to rearrange following first missed delivery and to get an email stating as I’ve missed two delivery’s I won’t get my order but I didn’t know when it was coming or had any opportunity to make sure I would be home for the delivery. Just taken my money without any care and don’t seem to be bothered by it!

Been a regular customer also and this is how you are treated. 😒

Poor, unreliable service. Charge for next day delivery but unable to meet the order and didn’t provide a refund. As you can see from the other reviews, very risky if you use this service. Very shady business.

SCAMMERS, LIARS and THIEVES DO NOT USE this company.
My order did not arrive and when I contacted them they said they could not trace it despite me providing my invoice. They told me to contact Pharmxtra NOT PharmaXtra NO A... because they are separate companies.
I checked and both companies have the EXACT same address in Tiffany Towers Dubai.
Also it said they are European based as I would NEVER order medication outside the EU for safety reason but when I got my invoice the address was based in Dubai. They have stolen £116 & are pretending I have the wrong company & are refusing to refund me. SCAMMERS!
Having read other dissatisfied customer's reviews PharmaXtra use the EXACT same excuse EVERY time & tell people to check the other company.
Also I have non stop scam calls ever since I provided them with my phone number when placing my order. They have obviously sold on my info to other SCAMMERS.

They used DPD to deliver. DPD LIED that I could not provide PIN upon delivery. I was home all day and DPD did not attempt delivery. It was re-scheduled for another day a week later and DPD did exactly the same thing again. My contract was with Pharmxtra and they refused to try delivery again and also refused to refund me. My contract was not with DPD!!! TOTALLY SHAMELESS COMPANY based in UAE by the way so my advice is AVOID at all costs

I am thinking with pharmxtra have i been scammed 1 week on and no delivery yet endless phone calls and emails to no avail.I paid for next day delivery and yet nothing.I have e-mailed several messages but no reply not a very professional company.

Brilliant got what I need was keped up to date all the way. I was not sure to begin with. When I read some of the reviews but I can't complain with the service I was given

So i have been ordering from pharamxtra for while they were called EU meds but obviously changes it . Any i have never had any problems with company with my orders or delivery until now. Placed order on 26/11/2025 the same day it said shipped got emails and an email from DPD courier to say they were awaiting on the parcel now it been 8days later DPD courier are still waiting on it I have email they 3 times with no response which is weird will definitely report to get my money if dont receive a response or my parcel

They’re so prompt and proactive! I forgot to complete my address, but they emailed me right away to confirm it before shipping. Very reliable service!

Ordered on 16 Nov. Product is coming from China, it finally arrived in the US on 23 Nov. Still not here 02 Dec. Customer service keeps saying it is on its way. A slow boat from China, perhaps. I will not order from them again, and DO NOT recommend the company.
As of the 8th, still not here. Replies are generated by AI.

This is a wonderful product! It’s the only thing that has worked for my urinary incontinence and bladder leaks. I have ordered more!

Purchased 2 x shoulder supports. Each were in a zipped opaque packet. I opened one zipped packet to see the item. I noted it was way too big for a petite person and not as they say, fit for all. Contacted the supplier immediately saying could I return. Their reply was that I need to try it on and send a picture. So I put it on and sent them the picture. I was informed that I could no longer send it back as I had tried it on. I explained that if they looked at my first message and the time stamp of the picture, the item was tried on after they told me to. Prior to that I had not tried on the item. After a few emails they then stated that by simply opening the item from the packet means for hygiene reasons it cannot be returned. After more emails, I was then advised that they could give me a discount on the tried on item and a full refund on the other item that was still zipped up. I agreed to this as I was getting frustrated with their responses. However, when I chased them as they had not emailed me the return label, I was told that they had made a mistake and they apologised and said they would not be refunding the unopened item. Complete sham and a farce of a company! Be warned, not recommended.

Customer support was very responsive! They replied right away and helped me resolve my issue quickly. It’s nice to see an online shop that really cares about their customers.

Works as it was posted and will reorder the product again . I have been very satisfied.

Was pushed for payment now no goods or contact, messaged and rung but no reply.

My experience concerns false advertising used by Companies leading to the consumer purchasing a product, funds cleared from consumer’s account and an alternative product delivered by the Company.

The following is my last correspondence with PharmaXtra:
PharmaXtra delivered goods as not described:
Existing UK consumer law, primarily the new Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC Act), already prohibits companies (including overseas ones targeting UK consumers) from using misleading advertising or delivering products "not as described".

Current Protections and How to Report
The current legislation covers your situation directly:
Misleading Actions/Omissions: A business breaks the law if it provides false information or leaves out important information that would cause a consumer to make a different purchasing decision.
Goods "As Described": Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that match the seller's description.
Enforcement: The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and local Trading Standards can take action against businesses that breach consumer law, including imposing fines of up to 10% of their worldwide turnover under the new DMCC Act provisions.
PharmaXtra is legally bound to honour purchased products it advertises in the UK where the consumer purchases the advertised product and funds cleared form consumer’s account.
To send an alternative product is to breech an agreement entered when consumer purchased product advertised by company, which PharmaXtra has.

Pharmaxtra is trading in the UK using illegal practices:
1) Misleading Actions/Omissions
2) Goods ‘As Described’

Numerous emails between myself and PharmaXtra reveal the malpractice and lack of willingness of PharmaXtra to put right an error PharmaXtra has created.
It is duly noted that PharmaXtra uses a tactic by responding to consumer’s complaints stating it ‘cannot find the order placed’ and to contact PharmaXtra on their advertised email.

Pharmaxtra must by above stated articles of Law follow correct contractual obligations and send/deliver products purchased as advertised, my Order 82023,

Pharmaxtra Policy does not relate to my case as I did not purchase the alternative product PharmaXtra delivered. The alternative product delivered is not the product advertised and PharmaXtra is in breech of advertising standards.

Other reputable companies clearly indicate by stating ‘out of stock’ when product is not available thus enabling the consumer to make an informed decision.

PharmaXtra does not indicate this and actively pursues the malpractice of misleading the consumer by advertising a product that PharmaXtra does not or cannot deliver but knowingly and without informing the consumer, upon purchasing according to advertised product, clears funds from the consumers account.

You have a right to expect the delivery of a product advertised online and purchased with funds cleared from your account.
By writing reviews on such malpractices you inform the public of such companies so that they make informed decisions and do not fall prey to companies such as PharmaXtra.
