Holy Grail: Found
I needed a routine boiler service and asked a family member for recommendations. My brother said when he had his boiler installed, he had never experienced a more thorough and professional tradesman in Paul from PG.
I emailed for a quote and got an immediate reply and when I 'asked Google' what a service should cost, their quote was at the bottom end of the range.
I was concerned about COVID but the engineer observed social distancing throughout and he was professional, knowledgeable and tidy. He completed the service log book and provided a invoice for his work.
In short, you simply couldn't ask for more.
My daughter coincidentally asked me if I knew a good plumber as she had been let down with plumbers not even turning up for appointments... I didn't hesitate to immediately recommend PG and she was over the moon with the work they done and the price they charged her.
It is the Holy Grail to find a reliable company you can trust - so I feel lucky.
A final point... don't confuse these (based in Rayleigh Essex) with plumbers with a near identical website name.
