InspectIQ is a UK property inspection service for landlords, letting agents, property managers, and homeowners who need a clear, professional view of a property's condition without waiting weeks for a traditional survey. Upload photos of a defect or a full property, and InspectIQ generates a structured property inspection report in minutes. Each report includes a property health score, severity-graded defect analysis, repair cost estimates based on real UK market data, hazard mapping against UK housing standards where relevant, and a downloadable PDF you can keep on file or share with contractors, tenants, or insurers. Two products are available: Single Defect Report at £6.99 — for a single issue you want a clear second opinion on, such as a damp patch, a roof concern, or a suspect crack. Full Property Report at £39.99 — a comprehensive walkthrough of an entire property, useful for tenancy turnovers, pre-letting checks, end-of-tenancy dated condition records, sale preparation, and insurance documentation. No subscriptions. No call-outs. You pay per report, only when you need one. InspectIQ was built in 2026 to solve a real problem: getting an accurate property defect report in the UK usually means booking a chartered surveyor, waiting a week, and paying several hundred pounds — even for a single damp patch. For many situations that level of commitment is not needed. InspectIQ provides a faster, lower-cost alternative for everyday landlord and homeowner decisions, with reports structured around how a UK surveyor would actually assess a property. We also publish practical guides for UK landlords at our blog, covering topics like the Renters' Rights Act 2025 and Awaab's Law for the private rented sector. Based in the UK. Reports generated in minutes, not weeks.

Quick, clean, and actually useful

Really impressed with how clean and simple the whole process was. Signed up, uploaded my photos, and had a report back in about 5 minutes. The report itself looks great — nice design and gave me the answers I was looking for without having to dig through pages of jargon.

I especially liked that the repair cost estimates include both low and high figures, which is exactly what I'd want to know. £40 for a one-off report feels fair compared to getting a full RICS assessment done.

Overall, it's a solid service and does exactly what I wanted. Would definitely use again!

Thanks Antony. Genuinely appreciate you writing this. The feedback on the cost ranges is helpful — it's the bit we spent the most time on. Glad it landed.
