If I could give the Raleigh store zero stars, I would

If I could give the Raleigh store zero stars, I would. We were advised by the store that we could try the ProdiG clubs at the store on Friday and we also arranged for a fitting the next day if necessary. We traveled 90 miles each way from Greensboro on Friday only to find out they didn't have the ProdiG clubs and that they needed to be special ordered. So, we came back on Saturday for the fitting with Cameron. First, we were told that what was on the schedule was only a fitting for irons, not a full set, which was wrong. Nevertheless, he was able to conduct the fitting for a full set. But the store didn't have exact club to demo. He ordered the flex shaft. When the factory received the order early the next week, we were told the size ordered only came in a stiff shaft, which we approved. We asked the order also include a bag, but were told they couldn't include a bag on the order and that we would need to do that ourselves on the Ping website and to order the small bag to fit the club size, which we did. When the bag arrived, it was too small. When I called Ping to return the bag, they were surprised that the store told us to order the wrong size bag and that the store was unable to include the bag with the club order. I was also told that I would be kept informed as to the progress of the order thru email, which never happened. I called Ping directly for a status, but they needed the PO number the store used, which wasn't given to me. So, I called the store and spoke to a women who didn't know what I was talking about and transferred me to a manager. The manager finally gave me the PO number and I was able to chat with Ping about the status. Just to summarize, this was a painful experience where we were given incorrect information and caused us great inconvenience. We'll never shop at this PGA Superstore in Raleigh again.

OK, but...

Everything arrived and in the right size. However, it did so in 3 different deliveries. The third of which got here with 4 days delay regarding the already very long delivery time they have (2-3 weeks for a standard delivery).
Photos and description in the website could be better. Some of the items bought seemed to have a unified solid colour when bought, but when I got them they had mild fantasies (lines, squares, etc).
Adding the zoom feature that most eCommerce platforms have would be helpful, as well as describing the items in more details.

Go Anywhere Else!

All I wanted to do was spend money at the Baybrook location. Twice it was an EPIC fail! They not only ignored me but then were unwilling to provide a good solution so we could move forward. Go anywhere else. You do realize the prices are the same everywhere? The manager even told me "we don't offer the items at a better price" than anywhere else.

Terrible Experience with Customer Support

For over a week now, our company has been trying to purchase shirts for a tradeshow event from the PGA tours superstore website. We've tried everything suggested by the PGATS team with no solution. We've tried different browsers, different devices, clearing caches - literally everything their team has suggested. "There is nothing further we can suggest at this time" is the response that they had for us and they will not accept orders over the phone. When trying to make our purchase in store, their stock did not match what can be ordered online from the same location. We've wasted a lot of time trying to do business with PGA Tour Superstore and we only needed five shirts. Highly do not recommend.

Had an appointment at Noon with Lisa…

Had an appointment at Noon with Lisa Francisco to get a golf instruction. I arrived 30 minutes early and even though she knew I was waiting, proceeded to go over time with her 11 o’clock instruction (which should have lasted only 45 minutes). After 10 minutes of waiting after my scheduled appointment, I then walked out. People’s time is valuable and they need to understand that. I wouldn’t recommend unless you like waiting until after your scheduled appointment.

Online ordering disaster

Online ordering: Buyer Beware! Ordered a driver, and two fairway woods. Driver came within two weeks. Over three weeks and woods are still missing. I called Customer Service and they wouldn't let me cancel the order, but also couldn't tell me when the woods would actually ship to me. They had zero info on if the woods were in production, waiting to be assembled, or lost in space. Never ever again. Now I have to call credit card company and challenge the purchase.

I purchased their buy 3 and get 1 free of TaylorMade TP5 Balls, Online.
Nowhere on their ad do they say to add 4 boxes to the cart. I only received 3 boxes.
I called support twice, the first person hung up, the second said it was my fault for not adding 4 boxes to the cart even though the ad says Buy 3 and get 1 Free....so no go...this is a scam

Schaumburg Il Store is Horrible

I’ve been to the Schaumburg Il store at least 25 times since its opening and customer service gets worse every year. Today I asked for help in the tennis dept. from a guy sitting on his a$$ who just looks at me and says “ I don’t know, the main tennis guy will be here on Monday”. I find what I need anyway and then stand in the checkout line 5 deep while 3 other guys in the service area just stand there and watch. Finally one of them sees the disgust on my face and says “next in line over here”. I go over there and he says “oh this machine is locked, hold on”. He then sends me to another register and that guy gives the “wtf” look, but checks me out finally. No one in that store has any retail customer service skills - the manager is to blame. I wish Golf Galaxy was closer to my home!!

I bought refurbished Titleist Pro V1…

I bought refurbished Titleist Pro V1 balls and the price was good and I soon found out why, 70% of the balls where damaged to the extent that they where unusable, either sever cuts or painted to cover the damages so the dimples where partially filled in, affecting of course both flight, distance and putting. As they came in a sealed plastic box I did not notice until I got home which is abroad. Not going back again for sure.

I ordered a set of Ping irons which took two weeks to ship

I ordered a set of Ping irons which appears to be in stock on the PGATourSuperstore site. It took two weeks before the clubs were even shipped (ordered 12/23 and they claim they will ship 1/6)!! I called the store and they do not stock clubs, they ordered them from Ping! Order from someone who actually stocks the merchandise they sell!!!!

I ordered a physical gift card on…

I ordered a physical gift card on 12/18/24 and paid $10.99 for guaranteed delivery by 12/24/24. Its 12/26/24 and still no gift card. My email regarding the problem has not been answered. According to Fed Ex arrival should be 12/30/24, coming from Georgia, I live in California. Fed Ex says its Standard Transit, shipped on 12/20/24. The $10.99 shipping fee was not for standard transit. I received an email from PGA Golf, they are refunding $10.99 for shipping. Good customer service. Updated review.

Placed an online order on 12/16/2024

Placed an online order on 12/16/2024, and paid extra for 2-day delivery. It's now 12/21/2024, and although my card was debited immediately I haven't got a order confirmation, tracking # or anything. Emails to follow up went unanswered, I've been on hold now for 30 minutes. Don't order from here.

No Help at All

This is a real conversation from a visit to the store at Coconut Point, Estero, Florida:
(My husband) "I'd like to get a nice set of irons without spending a whole lot of money"
(Young clerk, barely looking up from his phone) "Well, if you're not going to spend a lot of money, I can't help you." (Goes back to looking at his phone.)

There were lots of workers there, mostly practicing their own shots. We actually had to wait for them to move off te simulator to try a few clubs.
No thanks, PGA.

My favorite location of my favorite store

I love going to the PGA Superstore.... Uh, it's like Disney World for an old man like me. Sooo...My wife and mother in law drop me off here to browse and sometimes shop if I'm lucky while they're doing the series shopping, but in particular, uh, the location on accent, a couple young men that work there are very patient with me and always pleasant and accommodating even when it's 10 minutes to close. Colton and Mathew both need to be recognized by the company for just being exactly the kind of employee that anyone would want knowledgeable friendly and they generally come across like they love what they do.So thanks guys for being patient with an old man

Tried to buy a new powered golf cart

Tried to buy a new powered golf cart. They declined my card twice, saying I had the wrong card info. My bank sent me a message both times saying someone was trying to use my card. I never have this issue, something SUPER sketchy going on here that I don't know about if my bank thinks this was a scam. This was my first attempt to shop with them, and I wouldn't be surprised if some mysterious charges appear on my statement next month. No trust. No service. No way I ever shop here again. People that say anything good about this business should have their opinions tossed where they belong, in the trash.

Absolute joke

Ordered a wedge to match my others, received a wedge with a different shaft. Slow communication, eventually got an unuseable returns label that involved a 2hrs round trip to drop off at DHL depot. Refusal to offer any alternative solution and then ceased communication.

Stuck with a club I'll never use.

Rubbish customer service, rubbish communication timeframes, rubbish policies, rubbish company for one that states "The PGA TOUR Superstore stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers that love golf and tennis as much as we do. That's why we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, simply return it, in original condition within 30 days for a full refund with receipt"
