Concerning imported vitamins!!

Bought yumove senior for my dog, made in America, not UK. Stopped giving to my dog after 3 days, she had serious diahorrea, maybe not connected but bit of a coincidence! Lesson learnt.

AVOID this company

AVOID this company
I ordered yumove and it never arrived.
No customer services phone number and the emails I sent were ignored.
No tracking information provided so no way to chase up and so obviously no refund.
So now I have had to pay again to place an order with a different company
Definitely would avoid using this company

Suspicious Company - AVOID

I bought vitamins for my dog from this company after finding them on Google. They were considerably cheaper than other suppliers and included free shipping.

After realising I had ordered the wrong item, I attempted to contact them through the contact form on their website, but it didn't work, so I used their email address instead.

Not having received a response, I tried to find a telephone number, but the only number was a mobile on their Terms &Conditions page. However, the phone was switched off.

Looking at the website more closely, I noticed several spelling errors, including “Paypall” and “Brows” instead of “browse”. On the returns page, customers are asked to complete the following form, but the page is blank.

I therefore became concerned about whether this is a genuine business. It was registered with Companies House in June 2024, but no accounts have been filed.

Their business address is a 'virtual office', meaning it's used purely as an address, and is not their actual premises. There are many businesses registered at this location.

I have raised a dispute with my bank to cancel the payment, and have emailed Pet Vital Care again to inform them of this and to state that, should the goods arrive, they will be returned.

Since placing my order, I have received no communication from this company other than the standard order confirmation.

*Update*
The vitamins were delivered, but there was nothing else in the envelope. No paperwork, and nothing on the envelope to indicate the business from which it had been purchased. I returned them using a tracked service and received a notification to say they were delivered to the 'Safe Place' registered for this address.

I have still heard nothing from the company and have not received a refund. I raised a chargeback through my bank which has been dealt with.
