She was very kind to help solve the issue the only concern I have they charged again amount USD 8.10 = RS 2489.89 I believe this is unfair because I did not authorised my credit card company for execution of payment for membership I believe I should also get back this amount too .your help solving this issue will be highly regarded

Upon noticing incorrect joining, cancellation was requested and request for refund as I was not aware that money will be taken off my account for subscription to another website, my refund has been approved in less than a week and i am happy with the service received

Quick reply of my concern and make me comfortable that this company is not a scammer. literally for the very first time when my payment was deducted thrice, I thought this is a scam. But when I received your reply on my claim I felt relief that you organization is a professional setup that is vigilant and maximally try to resolve the quarries.

My experience was very short because I signed up on the page by mistake, but thanks to Kenny I was able to unsubscribe without any problem.
