While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

It’s a scam website
It’s a scam website. Dodgy payment process and product was never delivered. I should have known better, but I’m amazed the business isn’t shut down.
Do not fall for this scam!
My dog recently had to go through a major abdominal surgery due to being attacked by another dog. We needed the Royal Canin Recovery Liquid to tube feed him, but they were out of stock everywhere, apart from their website, so I placed an order for it and some other dog food items. I have sent the money, and then have not heard anything.
I chased them up via email, and was promised that I will get my tracking number for the order soon - two weeks later I still haven't received anything - no tracking number nor the goods. I was asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, but I have received no response.
I have tried phoning the number on their website, but it says it's unavailable.
1. Mobile number on the website which doesn't connect
2. Details are for a personal bank account, not a business account
3. They ask to make a bank transfer and send them a screenshot of your payment
4. Weird minimum order amount
5. No proper UK address given on the website
6. The company is not registered
7. They have an Instagram account of which address is located in Bangladesh @petssupplies.uk Chak Pahari, Sughat, Sherpur, Bogra 5841, Bangladesh. The account has not been active since May 2024.
I have reported them to the ActFraud and the police, and my bank has opened an investigation against them in collaboration with the police.
I don't anyone else to get scammed and robbed.
Please beware!
Scammers
Got caught out whilst suffering from pneumonia. I ordered dog treats which my usual supplier has removed and needed to keep a boisterous pup reasonably behaved while I recovered. Annoyed with myself I fell for it and also paid through payoneer so radio silence there too. Do not use.
Below any reasonably expected standard
I paid for an order 3 days ago and expected delivery update. Instead I received an email saying they have card payments maintenance asking to pay by Revolut instead. I don't use Revolut. I told them so and asked to clarify if they processed or cancelled my order. I wanted to ask if they would accept PayPal. Dead silence. I tried their contact number a dozen of times, my calls were never picked up. I wonder if they respond to this review. Watch this space
