I raised some concern regarding my card…

I raised some concern regarding my card deduction which I was not aware of. I contacted their agent right away and Mason was the one who assisted me. The concern was immediately addressed and I do appreciate mason for the fast and quick action taken. Thank you!

SCAM!!!

It’s totally scam! They create a fake Facebook page of Decathlon to run an ads to lure people in to stealth their credit card information.

Compassionate and helpful employees

Compassionate and helpful employees, employees with a heart. I made a request in their office since the items I supposed to purchase was mistakenly a promo. Being a poor child who works in the morning to send herself to school, this great help really means a lot to me. Thank you especially to Joie for personally endorsing my request and with her help, it was granted. Thank you also to Alero for ensuring that I was assisted well and that the concern is handled properly. Thank you to your team for such a great service, taking to heart that in every purchase is a person that hopes and dreams! Thank you so much! This was really a great help for my school! Love you guys! Thank you very much and more power!

Solving problems

Scam

Scam, the link reddicted to this site and than they charge for nothing. we wrote an email, but they promise refund after we give them good review. avod this scum company. no refund was done.

SCAM WEBSITE

THIS SITE IS A BIG SCAM. THEY POST FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON FACEBOOK AND YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO THEIR SITE. SURPRISINGLY THERE IS 1DOLLAR SUBSCRIPTION FEE WHEN YOU FILL OUT ORDER FORM(I DIDN'T KNOW I SUBSCRIBED, I ONLY KNOW THAT I PURCHASED A PRODUCT) .WITH NO AUTHORITY THEY WILL DEDUCT EVERY WEEK AMOUNT FROM THE CARD YOU USED TO PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION AND UNFORTUNATELY YOUR CAN'T REVERT BACK. 😭😭😭
