Warning

Warning: Do not order from this shop!

We are suppliers for this company, and we have had nothing but trouble with them. Since November, they have failed to pay any invoices for the goods we supplied. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, but they continue to ignore us. Their lack of professionalism and dishonesty is shocking.

If you're a supplier, be very careful when dealing with them. We strongly advise against doing any business with this e-shop. Their failure to pay is not only damaging to our business, but it also raises serious concerns about their credibility and ethics.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Don't order. This is a scam.

I only received a confirmation from them, nothing else. I asked several times by email and on the form on the website when I would receive my order, they never responded. I ended up canceling my order.
I don't think I will ever get my money back.

One star is even too much! Terrible experience. Purchase Order made for a total value of 120 EUR, never arrived. No answer to multiple mail sent and, finally, also the phone number is no more active. Experience to forget.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a playset in September , promising it would be by me September 23. It is DECEMBER and I can’t even get in contact with anybody from the company. Paid THOUSANDS!!!! Can’t believe I waited until now to deny the charge.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Absolutely a fake company!!!! No doubt about it!!!!! Don’t listen to me- get your money stolen! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Don’t let their good website fool you.

I purchased an outdoor playset from Petit Seal on 9/7 for a total of $969.99 with an estimated shipping time of 4-6 weeks for the specific color I chose. The website looked really professional and I was excited about the product I ordered for my kids. Based on the 4-6 weeks shipping, it should have been delivered between 10/5-10/19. We did not receive any tracking information, nor did our shop account show that the product had been shipped. So we reached out via email on 10/9 to ask for the tracking information, only to be told there has been a slight delay 1-2 weeks with the product we ordered due to a port strike and recent hurricanes. We understood, but it was weird they couldn’t provide tracking information showing it was stuck at the port. We waited and reached back out on 11/3 since we haven’t heard or received anything. We recieved an email back stating that they were waiting on tracking status from Dascher and didn’t have any information to provide us at that time. We asked for Dascher’s phone number so we could reach out and check the status or the order for which they couldn’t provide the number. They kept reassuring us that everything was ok and thanking us for our patience with the issue. On 11/6 they mentioned that it would be delivered in a few days. On 11/18 we still had not recieved tracking information or the product, so I emailed and reminded them that they said it would be delivered a few days after 11/6, but we hadn’t received any information or the product. I asked for them to send a replacement product. They said they noted my request for a replacement product, but I never heard anything back about that. On 11/26 I attempted to call the number listed on the website again, with no answer. I emailed asking for a refund, for which they haven’t responded. On 11/27 I called the number listed on the webpage and someone actually answered. The reception was so bad, it was staticky and I could barely hear the person on the other end. It was most obviously a scam from the second we started the conversation. No questions asked. He sounded like he was of African descent and could barely speak English, definitely not even full sentences. It took a good thirty seconds for him to respond to me at all every time I would ask something. It was the most sketchy phone call I’ve ever been on before. Try to call it and you’ll see for yourself. He would give me one word answers and they didn’t even really answer my question. He said he didn’t have any tracking information to give me. I then asked for a refund due to not receiving my product and he said I placed the order. Then he said he would put in a request for refund. When asked about that, he said to the team that approves them. However, he hadn’t even asked for my order number yet, so it was just a ploy. He finally looked up my order and said he requested for a refund, but when asked to receive an email stating this, he said he couldn’t. He said when it was approved, we would get an email. I don’t believe him for a second. I asked his name and after finally answering me, I asked him how to spell it.. it took me asking many times for him to finally spell it: Jennot. I asked where he is calling from, only for him to say he doesn’t understand. I asked him several different ways and the line was silent. After about 2 minutes, he hung up on me. The website says they are located in Europe, but the phone was registered to Sheridan, WY. I looked the company up on trustpilot.com and it seems A LOT of other people are also having this same issue with this company. I can’t believe they are allowed to operate a website and scam this many people out of thousands of dollars. They keep emailing you back to string you along in hopes you forget or trust your order is going to be delivered. I hope they get shut down so no one else has to loose money and go through a scam like this.

SCAMMERS BEWARE

SCAMMERS BEWARE. I should have listened to the reviews prior because it’s true. They take your $ and produce no product. Ordered playground set with the same run around excuses for months (color changes, shipping delays, etc) so they can buy time for their scamming scheme. Please stay away unless you want to be hard headed like me and lose out on $3,000 like me. And trust me I don’t write reviews but these people are horrible scammers. Not to mention customer service representatives barely speak English properly. Run while you still can and save yourself the headache. Hence you can’t find any real photos of their play sets on social media all fake photoshop. You probably were looking for a good quality play set like me for a decent price but they are far from it, unfortunately you just have to pay a bit more for a better quality product. Check out Ruff House play sets for a better overall experience and quality.

I placed my order on July 26th and as…

I placed my order on July 26th and as of November 5th, I still have not received the playset. I have spoken to customer service multiple times and each time she tells me the same thing. It is in our warehouse and will ship on Monday. I am not convinced that this is even a real company anymore. I feel like I am getting scammed.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a play set August 6th. They sent an email saying it shipped August 31st, but never actually shipped it. Made up excuses and lies for the next 2 months, still never shipped it. Changed color because they said they could ship it immediately, and lied about that again. Now waiting to get a refund 3 months later after being lied to multiple times.

Stay away from them, they have no idea what they are doing.

Worst webshop experience in a long time

Dealing with Petit seal has been a disaster from the beginning. Some time ago I ordered something from their website. After three weeks of not a single update nor customer service response regarding order status, I submitted a cancellation request to them (following exactly their guidelines on this). I had by then already called and e-mailed customer service multiple times - via phone the standard reply is that they will take it up with their colleagues and call back, which has never happened. Via email it takes nearly a week to get a response that also isn't helpful.
More than a week after cancelling the order (i.e. more than a month after ordering) I suddenly get a shipping confirmation. So now I have received an order I had already cancelled and can't get a hold of a return label and thus cannot get my money back. It's a scam.

Edit: it’s 2 months later and still no response. Customer service phone lines are disconnected. Pretty sure this company is going under.

Refuse to give a refund

We purchased a playground from this company over a month ago, and have not received the product. We asked for a refund, and they refused to refund our money. If the product you purchased is not available, a refund should be given. We live in Texas and we do not want this to happen to another family. It may be a scam.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. very expensive vs quality and SAV very bad as well. they even asked me to withdraw my bad comment regarding delivery problems in order to send me the elements missing in my delivery instead of apologizing...never seen this... and a few months later, it is already damaged, bad wood quality and construction. would not recommend at all especially vs the high price.

I thought I was buying all the pack but I received only the pannel, the advertisement is not clear at all !!
In addition, this is very expensive for only one panel and the delivery was slow
The only good thing is the quality

Playtower ordered in December never arrived

We ordered a big playtower December first 2023 which was supposed to arrive in April 2024. It was a Christmas present for my daughters. Order Number was 42183
At first everything seemed fine, we received a confirmation for our order and payed via Klarna. Mid-March I contacted customer services about the shipment and the supposed arrival date because I hadn’t heard anything in month and April was just around the corner. Additionally for big shipments like that you usually have to be home. The reply took 4-5 days which was ok I guess. They told me my order would arrive April 15th to April 25th. We were all very excited about these news. On the homepage however I discovered that the playtower I payed 1100€ for (due to a 200€ coupon, because it wouldn’t arrive right away but in April) was now supposed to cost 2800€. This already made me shift a little. Exactly 8 days after the support had contacted me Klarna refunded the money for the playtower.
Pay attention!! Petit seal had NOT contacted me in any way about this!!! I had no idea what had happened.
I immediately contacted customer services via instagram, so Support contacted me via email maybe 2 days later. It was said that they are sorry, due to inner conflicts within the firm which nobody could actually sort out completely, they had to cancel my order but they could offer me a different play tower with an extra little playhouse.
I double checked the website only to see that almost every playtower, except for the one that was offered, had been sold out.
The one offered was in no comparison to the one I had ordered (I ordered hippo hopper— now called Adventure Club retreat Generation 2 and was offered happy hangout— now called Summer lookout Generation 2 ). The firm leaves me seriously disappointed and shocked.
I suppose they sold too many playtowers and then prioritized the orders for 2800€ over the ones with coupons. Instead of prioritizing the ones that had ordered and payed months ago. Or it is just a big scam and these playtowers don t even exist at all. I am never going to order there again and hope nobody else will.
